Political givers

Gone are the days when people offer help to someone without the next neighbour knowing. Gone are the days when you will buy a gift for someone without first publishing it in all headlines. Gone are the days when people offer willingly from their heart expecting nothing in return. Gone are the days when one will never open his or her mouth in the cause of problem to shout and tell neighbours how he have been helping this man and family.

It is so pathetic that what we see today, are political givers. People that will broadcast the help they offered to someone on the social media and even in all newspaper headlines.

May I ask? Who are you trying to impress? Do you think that single act of yours is generosity? Where do you seek to receive your reward? I don't need to ask because you would get your reward right from men, people around that will call you a great man,a philanthropist.

May I ask, have you not read the part of the scripture where Jesus told his disciples that when they offer help to someone ,that the next person should not know about it?

What has become of this generation?  Someone will be very sick and needs money to get treated and everyone behaves to be ignorant but once the man die,one family member will come up with a befitting burial when the man you are burying cannot appreciate you .

It is better to help someone when he or she could happily say thank you than to do that when the person is gone because the death doesn't show appreciation neither do they know what has become of their bodies after death.

Political givers! Political givers! Political givers! Political givers!!! Where lies your reward?  People that will render help and take a video coverage of all. Perhaps God doesn't see again and you need to send it to him🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

Don't forget that even if you are a perfect giver but you give with a wrong mind, you are not a giver. To give doesn't mean to give the biggest. To give means to give your heart first.

Don't forget about the account of the widow who gave all she had which was little but that little she gave was counted as the greatest because she first gave her heart.

Political givers that want their reward from fellow men, keep it up but don't forget that giving with a wrong mind does not attract God's blessings.
