As a child, I have read - Barisal is made up of paddy, river and canal. And now I am looking at a special aspect that is - governance, exploitation and speech. We are quite seasoned in these three areas. Interestingly, the founder of Facebook is Mark Elliott Zuckerberg. After the launch of his social media, he became obsessed, the game is on, giving us orders and instructions.

Bhuri Bhuri has become a writer - there is no reader. There is talk, there is no work. Despite that, you can't keep quiet 'show must go on'. So I came looking for a leader from afar.

What or how the leader should be! Leaders are born from leadership, and leadership is born from events. And events are born in change. Change is an important issue for all of us. What changes then emerge over time? Or does demand determine it?

Changes can take many forms. In our daily life we ​​have to face obstacles while looking for solutions to various problems, that's when leaders are born from the emergence of leadership. I think to be a good leader one must first be a good person. It should have responsibility, accountability and honesty.

His qualities of commitment, positive attitude, motivation, empathy and creativity must be accompanied by delegation and trust. These qualities are very necessary for a good leader. Today I will highlight some of the leaders who have led and moved mankind at different times and in different ways. For example-

Readers, today I will highlight a different kind of leader, not the above leaders. Such leaders have come to the welfare of mankind in different times and ages. I will highlight one such heterogeneous leader of this era, whose name is Bill Gates (born October 28, 1955), the founder, chairman, former head and software developer of Microsoft.

He is not the leader of any country, he is my leader, he is the leader of the synthesis of knowledge. He is a world leader. Because the combination of technology happened under the touch of this leader. The technologies that have been discovered over the ages have undoubtedly had an impact on human welfare in the development of industry and education in the world.

After the invention of Microsoft technology by Bill Gates and now in the digital age there is a convergence of all technologies, due to which the world is able to act and react globally. Hundreds of countries like Bangladesh have got the opportunity of this technology today because of this leader. Like political leaders, these technology leaders have faced setbacks and still managed to win.

Because he has been able to bring success in his actions. Bill Gates knew that there was and will be a demand for technology in the world. Most of the leaders I mentioned above were rebels. Bill Gates also has a rebellious streak, but it's a little different. Because Bill Gates rebelled against technology. It is clear from the above discussion that leaders do not hold on to trees. To be a leader, you have to stand by people's happiness and sorrow. Just as a patient is often half cured when seen by a doctor, people find relief in the presence of a good leader. As we see the problem in education in Bangladesh and we know or see many reasons behind it. The interesting thing is that the problem is quite clear but the solution is not. So what is the lack of good leaders in the country? Bangladesh's education system needs an ideal leader in these difficult times and it is very necessary to spread the light of knowledge from his reservoir of thoughts.

His honesty, transparency, special role in establishing peace and becoming a protester against injustice cannot be forgotten even today. We have a leader who is not a leader but it is right to call him an ideal worker for the people. He who works is a worker, another way is a worker who gives labor. In that sense, he is an ideal worker. He runs day and night in the field. He also runs in the afternoon, so we can see the hardships of the laborers. The hardships that comfortable people like us can't see.

If you are not a worker, can you understand the suffering of the worker? For the brother, the heart of the brother is the most. Be it the car driver, the motor worker, the paddy worker with raw hands, the van worker who turns the pedal, the construction worker with the basket, the cleaning worker with the broom, or the Baitha Baua boat. Workers, everyone who knows him. Especially because of working among them. Can there be a greater worker than this.

So I have been trying again and again to implement my thoughts through my writing and hopefully it will start in Bangladesh first. I have written about it hundreds of times, it is described in various writings. How will it be possible to start a specialized education and training institute in Bangladesh? Thinking about it and writing from there. My long-haul writing about education and training might one day catch the eye of a leader and make a difference.

Now the question - is it possible to change the pen? Has anyone been able to bring change through the pen? no Because the pen doesn't lead, it inspires. So I'm looking for a leader in Bangladesh, can anyone find him? My question - to the people of Bangladesh, is there no one among the 17 crore people who can appear at the right time with the right message for the sake of the country?

I am looking for a leader who believes in the Here and Now concept. Academia still sees people receiving Nobel Prizes for innovation, either late in their lives or posthumously. But why? If so, can none of us be able to reach the welfare of people at the right time in a timely manner? So we need a new and different leader, who will be able to transform education like Bill Gates technology.

It is great to see not only political leaders, but leaders like Bill Gates in the new or old generation, leaders who can change the education of Bangladesh and which will spread all over the world.

In 10 years, the world has changed so much, especially in poor countries, because of technology, we have not seen it change so quickly after the birth of the world. Technology technologists like Bill Gates have been able to drive demand-driven change.

So undoubtedly we need leaders like Bill Gates and to get them we need good training. On demand training which will be the Earning by Learning method for mankind.

So I believe in special education training. Better integration of technology with education needs to move the country and the nation forward faster and we all need to work together for that. Our new generation will develop in good education. A leader will be born, in contact with whom all will grow in harmony.
