When you work hard, and give your employer the work that he wants; your employer will be happy to work with you in future as well. Fiverr is different from freelancer and Upwork in a sense that you don’t have to apply on projects. Yes, there’s an option for that as well, but basically you sell your gigs here. You tell people what service will you be providing, at what cost and when will you deliver.
Employers see your gig and buy if they find your gig interesting and of value. It is all up to you how you set your profile up. How you describe your gig, what value do the buyer sees in your gig.
