Shops are all closed. Just a few dogs and cats and all kinds of birds are wandering around helplessly. As if they were in search of food. There is no food anywhere inside. Seeing that, the student feels pity. So he will take the responsibility of feeding them. Until the campus opens. It works like that. He started cooking on campus and fed the hungry animals. He was joined by some other students on campus. They are Mahmud Saki and Tushar of the university. Department of History and Culture of Saki Islam and Department of Snow Management Studies. Shortly afterwards, they were joined by Istiaq Emu, a fourth-year student in the banking and insurance department, Tamir Hossain, a third-year student in the same department, and Prosenjit, a former student in the university's marketing department. Prosenjit, Emu, Tamir are still feeding the animals on campus regularly.
They do everything from raising money to shopping for animals with utmost care. They have also set up a project for the conservation of pets - 'Pet Conservation Project'.
Prosenjit said there are about 200 dogs and cats on campus. The hotel and dining-canteen are closed as the campus has not opened yet. So the animals have become dependent on our food. When he sees us, he backs away. He also said that any teacher-student, officer can help them in their work on and off campus.
Such an initiative by students for animals is really commendable. When it is the responsibility of human beings to save their lives, they have risked their lives to save the lives of those helpless animals and continue to do so today. Seeing such a great work, the conscious community of the university has expressed a lot of enthusiasm and extended a hand of cooperation. One of them is Shaon Uddin, an assistant professor in the Department of Management Studies at the university. Prosenjit said, this teacher has marketed them for five long months.
