Hello everyone!I'm writing this article before starting today's session of workout.😅What an irony!I'm starting working out today again after a week.Quarantine has made me super lazy.🤦♀Since I'm home for the past 5 months,I've been working out little on a regular basis.It's restraining me from becoming lethargic.I'm little chubby.I haven’t lost that much weight but my arms are getting toned.So-progress!
I do it all by watching YouTube.I used to follow Chloe Ting but now follow Holly Dolke.Her workouts are intense.
My mat is also ready haha 😂.Just kidding.I think we all should do little exercises daily to keep up good health and not become obese.As we are home now,we get enough time for these things.
