5 habits that can improve your life?

I want to share with you some different habits from the usual ones that you can find everywhere:

  1. Read particular books: try to read books that have an opposite view from yours and all those kinds of books that have something you have never read about before: we are used to think by using our STANDARD patterns of thinking and in this way you are going to change your thinking patterns: your life will be better.

  2. Stop using your phone so many hours during the day: use it only when it’s necessary: you will have a boost in the quality of your life: TRY ;)

  3. Become self-reliant: when you take responsibility for your life and learn to satisfy or your needs by yourself your happiness will increase…

  4. Do something uncomfortable every day: if you learn to be happy during uncomfortable times, you will be happier during less annoying times ;)

  5. Master the patience skill: learn to stay calm every day: patience is the key of success.
