Sir Isaac Newton (January 4, 1843 - March 31, 1827) was an English physicist, mathematician, astronomer, natural philosopher and alchemist. According to many, Newton was the greatest and most influential scientist of all time.

He passed matriculation from Newton Trinity College in 181. While studying in college, he worked as a servant in different places of the college to cover the cost of his studies. There is no documentation from Trinity College that he did anything big as a student. However, it is known that he studied more mathematics and mechanics. At Trinity College, he first studied Kepler's theory of optics. He then turned his attention to Euclid's geometry.
Trinity College reopened in 18. The college elected Newton a Fellow, and two years later, a few days before his 26th birthday, he was appointed Lucasian professor of mathematics. Prior to that, his friend and teacher Dr. Barrow held this position at Trinity College. To be a Fellow at Cambridge and Oxford at the time, one had to be an established Anglican missionary.
According to modern mathematicians and historians, Newton and Leibniz simultaneously developed a new branch of mathematics known as calculus. It was able to give birth to a revolution in the history of mathematics and physics. However, there are many doubts and controversies about who is the real inventor of calculus. Scientist Stephen Hawking, in his book A Brief History of Time, described Newton as a cunning and a liar. This led to a heated debate, known as the Newton vs. Leibniz Calculus debate. This has been written in detail in the critical section.
