Learn to control anger

*After the death of his mother, a boy started living with his father. But his anger was so great that he used to fight at school and everywhere in the streets.Seeing his condition, one day his father told him with a piece of wood and many nails, that whenever he got angry, he should hammer these nails into the wood..On the first day, the boy hammered 30 nails into the wood. The next day he built 28 nails. Thus the number continued to decrease every day.At one point, the boy did not need to drive a single nail into the wood. He was happy and gave the news to his father.* *His father said, now go and remove all the nails from the piece of wood. The boy was surprised then. He was able to pick up a few nails with great difficulty. At that time his father came and said, are you in trouble? Look at this piece of wood. The ones you are angry with every day are this piece of wood. Your anger has left a scar on their minds that will never be erased.The boy then realized his mistake and promised never to scold anyone again.* We also often say many things to the person in the head of anger that hurts his heart. When the anger subsides, we can understand our mistake. But by then the damage is done. So we should control our anger.
