Morning shows the day: Good morning everybody, My father always says that "Early to bed and early to rise,makes a man healthy,wealthy and wise " That's why he always wake up early in the morning and me also. I believe that whose are woke up in the morning they can do many hard works in his/her life...

good morning..... i have tried to sleep... but just wake up after seeing nightmare.... i had 4 night mare tonight...... wake up and go to sleep... thn have night mare again... and i just woke up after having the 4th one
