Two sonnets of Michael Madhusudan Dutt's 'Chaturdashpadi Kavitabali (18)' written about Ishwar Chandra. Although the first one (‘On the occasion of a respected friend in Bengal’) had a bit of a cover, but in the second one (‘Ishwar Chandra Vidyasagar’) it has become evident in the title.

When Vidyasagar's father told him to take a bath, he would not go near the pond for two or three days. Again, on the day when he was forbidden to take a bath, he would not get up from the pond for two or three hours.
