Happy gloomy Monday, everyone! I'm just sharing this breakfast I had earlier. Last night, I smelled fried dried fish among the neighbors. The smell was so good that I really craved it. So when I woke up earlier, I fried a sunny side up egg and some dried fish. I have a stock of dried fish in the fridge so that whenever I crave it, it's easy to fry and easy to eat.
