1. Sugars; mainly added sugars

-sugar raises insulin levels

-added sugars such as pure white sugars should be avoided at all costs.

-fruits like banana, berries, grapes, dates are great alternatives for sugar but they should be limited.

2. Processed White Wheat Flour

-processed white wheat flour will spike your sugars through the roof

-you'll feel crummy
