This is based in my real Experience.

Every human being is have a freedom to what they want and what they need to do. But will you do if there is someone arrived who will not allow you not to do what he wants?

Based on my experience,before he arrived in our community we are so peaceful and happy.! We enjoyed everything without the feeling of being awkward with each other we did not kept secret with each other.

Whe he arrived, our bonding was changed because of him. He doesn't want his experience to be defeated when he tells a story, he is always the winner. He is the one that knows everything, the brightest and the smartest among us. Our bonding was changed because of him, we cant talked freely when he was there.

If we talk about the work, he was so bossy and we cant say no to him because when he became angry they call our superior and reported a wrong story. He is the best actor leech in our community. He cant work without us because he kept saying that do this, this and this. If we are doing our leave we cant leave straight because he kept calling us, so that we cant concentrate the vacation and we need to work immediately.

Even his personal needs we need to adjust and to do it to avoid him to become angry. Sometimes we need to buy his cigarette.

How we wish that the main administration will relocate him into another place to work that no one will not afraid to him. Hoping that the people will sorround him will not afraid to his blackmail.
