I hope you all will be good and enjoying life in better way ,
there is two components of life healthy food and proper sleep.
After essential component of food, health is depend directly on sleep.
people have different slap of sleeping .
My opinion is that children is the best time of sleeping in whole life .
Nobody ask about why are you sleeping so much time.
After this age we become responsible and our duties increase so much.
we should take proper bed rest
