Buko Pandan with Macapuno on top

Buko pandan is one of philippines famous dessert.This dessert is always present in any occasions here like birthdays, Christening, fiesta, anniversarries, new year, Christmas and so on. This can also be prepared even in normal days not just for occasions. Im here now to teach the step by step on how to make buko pandan.

Ingredients:

2-3 Buko/Coconut meat shreaded, 1 pack of Gelatin cooked already and cut into cubes, 1 pc. pandan leaves for aroma, you can add this in gelatine when you cook it so the smell of pandan will stay in it, a drop of vanilla to taste, 1 can or pouch of Nestle cream all porpuse cream, 1 can or pouch of sweetened condensed milk. Any brand is ok. Macapuno sweet is optional only for toppings.

Procedure:

Mix all ingredients except macapuno sweet and pandan leaves. Put all engredients in one bowl mixed it well let it chill for about an hour.Overnight also can be. After chilling put in a glass or mug then design it with pandan leaves and macapuno sweets.Enjoy the sweetness and deliciousness of buko pandan❤Happy Eating❤
