Rest easy and get all cozy
Just when you think you can have some time to relax and enjoy leisure time since it's weekend when things do not seem to go according to your plan. That's when weekends just feel exactly the same as weekdays. It feels like stress and busyness just get extended. The struggle is really real and if such things happen, there are really some things we can say.
I know many of you, not only me, have been longing to have a night of quality sleep for quite some time now. The kind of thing where you sleep without heavy feelings and wake up the next day with a sweet smile on your face is just so satisfying to think about, but reality sinks in, and we can just simply think about it for now.
However, it is wrong to think that we will be without our sad feelings and sleep well only by dreaming of something like that, jk.
Actually, it's already good if you have at least five or six hours of sleep. Beyond that is better. Just don't oversleep because it has its own bad sides, too. Anyway, to those who seemed restless during the day because of wakefulness due to work and other things to finish at night, get yourself a quality sleep too. No matter how hard you work, if your health fails, it's going to pull you down.
So yeah, just don't sacrifice sleep every time because all that you have been working for will be put to waste if your health suffers. It's a friendly reminder, and I hope you'll take it. Anyway, it is much better to do the application since listening to some pieces of advice is not enough.
Our thoughts about cool nights, good friends, dope days, and weekend vibes, may not seem applicable or cannot be fulfilled yet, but we'll get there too. Not now, but soon since nothing remains permanent. We can also have some time to relax, and with that given time and chance, let's seize it and have quality sleep.
Before I forget, whatever you are planning to do next weekend, make sure to spare some time to also have some rest, and do something that will make you happy so you can prepare yourself for whatever thing to come on weekdays. Well, Monday is very draining and so with the other days, but if there is one thing we can do to at least mitigate such things, that is to have balance in everything.

This is always my problem eh that's why I do practice a good rest always, calming with tea, and goes to bed at 10 PM without looking at the phones or the lights, so I just relax and wait for the spirit of good rest comes upon, as the generation to generation now, people are not fond of good rest hmmm, I don't want that for I been there.
