A Muslim goes on a fast. Holy Ramadan is starting in our country from today. Rosa not only from our point of view it also has a lot of effect on our body scientifically. May Allah bless us with everything beautifully. Fasting has some important benefits for our body.

In order to observe Ramadan, a Muslim has to abstain from all kinds of food and biological activities from dawn to dusk in the month of Ramadan. Therefore, it is not only for spiritual improvement but also for physical and mental improvement.Which has come up in various medical studies. The doctor at Moscow University, Dr. Rose, said that through rosacea, kala-azar and other chronic diseases of the body are likely to get better without any medicine.Dr. Frederick Hahnemann said that epilepsy and ulcers can be treated through fasting.Stomach ailments can be treated for indigestion indigestion gastric. Fasting in Ramadan creates a kind of positive feeling in the body.

If you can't eat for a while then it will work like magic in your body.

fasting makes our body autophagy. Autophagy is a natural cellular process by which the cells of our body absorb unwanted or damaged material through the cells and help maintain the normal functioning of the cells.The autophagy process helps maintain the cell's normal function.One to three liters of blood is circulated in the body through the kidneys.

When you fast, you can easily feel the pain of the poor. How they do not eat day after day. Because we never try to understand their sorrows. But in Ramadan, I understand exactly what hunger is.Fasting improves our community relations. Only during Ramadan do we Muslims sit together iftar like brothers. And in that case, our communal ties are much stronger than before.
