A train journey
A trip is always enjoyable for everyone. I'm a chatterbox. I am also a travel favorite boy. Train travel is very enjoyable to me.
Traveling with: My name is Samu. I have an intimate close up. She also goes to our school. After the annual examination, people from two families traveled to Sylhet in December 2016. We went to Sylhet by train. It was a delightful train journey for us.
On the eve of the journey: A long distance train journey from Feni to Sylhet. We were students. We cannot go to Sylhet alone. We travel to Sylhet under the supervision of our parents. The number of members of our two families was eight. That's why we collect eight train tickets three days before the trip.
Reasons for traveling: The city of Sylhet in Bangladesh is a very great and sacred place due to the intertwined memory of two saints. One is Hazrat Shahjalal and the other is Hazrat Shahparan. Our parents decided to go to Sylhet to visit the shrine of these two saints. For this, our parents collected eight tickets and arranged to go to Sylhet by train. In this regard, our train travel.
Travel Description: The train was intercity. We arrived at the railway station at 9:30 am on the appointed day. The train was the Paharika Express. The train entered the station platform at 10:00 am. We boarded the train. Tickets had fixed seats. Me and my sister Cebu, Joy and her sister Jayita sat in the window seat. Within minutes, the train started moving when the driver's whistle blew. After a while the train started moving at full speed.
Description of landscapes and human life: We looked out the window at the evergreen beauty outside. It looked like we were moving fast through the evergreen field. Farmers were working in the fields outside their homes. Cows, goats and buffaloes were eating grass in the field. Some farmers were cultivating the land with the help of buffaloes with their wooden plows. Fishermen were fishing in the pond. After a long train journey, when the train was passing Srimangal, we started seeing small and big hills. The train was moving fast then. The horizon of the green tea garden stretched out and we passed through it again and again. We felt like we were all entering the evergreen realm of tea gardens. Some tea workers were working in the garden. We saw a lot of people living on the hill. We saw people from many ethnic groups and tribes working at the foot of the mountain. Many people were working in the vegetable garden. Some poor people were collecting firewood from the hills. We were enjoying all the scenes one by one.
Conclusion: Our train finally arrives at Sylhet railway station in the evening. We all attend a resthouse. Long distance train travel was difficult but it was very enjoyable. I will never forget this train journey.
