Milk is a liquid food. It is nutritious. It gives us health and vigour at all stages of our growth. It is an ideal food for the babies and patients. But this milk is to be boiled before it is drunk. If is not boiled, it does harm to our health. Many delicious and nutritious items of food like butter, curd, ghee, chese and various kinds of sweetmeats are prepared from milk. It is used in making tea. We get vitamins from milk. It plays an important role in our diet everyday.
