HERE among us, one of the cheapest and easiest to cook eggs can be served with rice, snacks, breakfast and dinner. It is also known in bread. It tastes so good when you put ketchup in fried or scrambled eggs. It is added to dishes such as sausage, stewed bitter gourd, fried eggplant, meat dishes, and other ingredients in desserts such as leche flan, spice noodles, lomi or noodles and more. That is why it is said that it is good to always have eggs in the house because of the many things that can be done here. If you are in a hurry, too tired and do not have time to go to the market or cook, just take an egg in the refrigerator and stew it or fry and in less than five minutes you have an instant dish. Once a large egg has been scambled for cooking, it can be served by two or three people.

There are only issues regarding the egg that have long been debated as to its effect on human health. In particular, it is said that although eggs are a good source of protein and strengthen the body, they are very high in cholesterol, especially its red yolk or egg yolk, which can cause some diseases. Some health experts suggest that you should eat only one egg a day. There are people who only eat egg whites.

A week ago, a new study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association added to the debate over the advantages and disadvantages of eggs. This indicates that eating eggs increases the risk of heart attack or stroke although its relationship has not been clarified. But it does say that eating an extra half egg a day increases the risk of cardiovascular disease (6%) and premature death (8%).

But, according to Tom Sanders, professor of dietetics at King’s College of London, the results of such a study are different from another larger study in the United States in 1999 that stated no effect. Sanders also argues that such a result is important only in the US because the people there eat more eggs and meat than those in Europe.

Sanders added that it is best to eat eggs in moderation - three or four times a week - as recommended in the UK dietary guidelines.

In France, national nutrition guidelines refute the idea of not eating more than two eggs per week. He said he can eat it regularly. Some health experts, on the other hand, suggest that it is better to eat boiled eggs than fried ones. The cholesterol in fried eggs is even higher because of the oil used here. But, others say, moderation is the key here. Too much or too little is bad. Just eat a moderate egg.
