According to them, people who drink 3 to 5 cups of coffee per day have a lower probability of having a blocked coronary artery caused by the accumulated calcium in them. The coronary arteries supply blood to the heart, so obstruction is definitely connected to the development of heart diseases.
This study is contrary to the old belief that adding caffeine to the body can contribute to heart disease.
The study was conducted at Kangbuk Samsung Hospital in Seoul, South Korea under the leadership of Dr. Eliseo Guallar where they gathered information on 25,000 people aged 41 years playing.
Calcium levels in the roots of respondents were monitored and found that people who drank 3 to 5 cups of coffee per day were 40 percent lower in calcium levels compared to people who did not drink coffee.
Apart from this study, there have been previous reports and studies that also say that there are benefits that can be obtained from regular coffee drinking, but it is said that the study conducted by Dr. Guallar and his colleagues studied the relationship between coffee and heart health.
