Food Hub in my province

Hello crazy dreamers 👋👋 Because I can't think any topic today because my mind is so loading as of the moment, I decided to promote my home province again. Last time, I shared to you the best tourist attractions found in my home town province but this time, it is about the foods that is originated in Quezon province. Pardon me for it giving you a wonderful article tonight. Nevertheless, I will continue this idea lol. This is our province version of pancit. Unlike other pancit, it used a dried noodles which we called Miki Lucban. And it has history behind this food. Habhab is our local term which means " eat using one mouth". And the most unique about it is instead of plate and fork, we only put this in the leaves of banana and we gonna used our bare hands or mouth directly. And we also put some vinegar before eating eat. ***Want to try some? Come here and I'll give you some ahhaha.*** 2*.Yema Cake*

The famous and original yema cake which is Rodillas was originated in Tayabas, Quezon. This soft and mouth watering dessert is the most popular cake of town. We choose this over other kind of cake. That's why in every celebration we had, there's always a yema cake and sometimes , visitor also bring this food as a gift to the celebrant. It has two layers; the sponge cake and the icing that is made up of egg yolk and condensed milk. I'm pretty sure that when you taste it, you can't resist yourself but to eat another one . *3.Hardinera*

This is our kind of meatloaf and it is also perfect for every occasion. It's a mixture of Giniling, eggs and vegetables. It's like a menudo or embutido in the first look but after you eat it, you'll realize that it is actually offer different pleasure in our mouth. When you visit here and you asked them what is our specialty, I'm pretty sure that it is one of those foods that they will introduce to you. *4.Puto Bao*

I know that we are all love the one of the famous food during Christmas, the Puto bumbong. But this Puto is a special kind of dessert, unlike ordinary Puto bumbong because it made up with a circle like shape which is bao. And it's have a twisted fillings came from the bukayo and sugar that's why it seems like a caramelized taste inside of it. For those who loves sweets and unique taste, this one is perfect for you. *5.Chami*

Another kind of pancit located in our province is the Pancit Chami. It is made up from fat noodles, fat local egg noodles and together with some ordinary vegetables to taste a blast within your mouth. It's taste is a combination of sweet and spicy. Perfect for those who loves two taste in one food. After you eat this one, I'm pretty sure that you gonna sing " Chami, Chami Chami Chami". Okay waley ahahha. I gonna end this article here because honestly, while writing this one I also craving for that of foods. I also missed eating all of that and I can barely eat them now because I'm in the city.
