Ignoring the fact that it’s the day before most people head back to work and a sign of the end of the weekend, Sunday has a lot going for it. It could even be argued that it's the best day of the week! Why? When is brunch with friends at its best? Sunday. When are naps the most satisfying? Sunday, of course. When is the newspaper a leisure activity and not a chore or necessity? Sunday. And when do you have the opportunity to stroll through stalls of fresh produce at a farmer's market with no rush? Most likely on a Sunday. You see, Sunday is the perfect time to turn down the noise of everyday life and enjoy the moment you're in, while also preparing yourself mentally for the week ahead. Maybe for you, it’s enjoying one of your favorite books on the back patio or swinging on a hammock. Or it could be doing meal prep for the week so you’ll feel less stressed about the workweek ahead of you. Whatever your Sunday ritual, it’s always better when spent with friends and family.
