Financial update on BCH powered water project in Nigeria Statement on Budget, Revenues and Expenditures Welcome 🙏🏽 In today’s update on BCH powered water project in Ugwogo community, Nigeria, we’ll be able to render a simple and easy to interpret financial update. This will summarize both the Project plan (budget), Adjustments, Fund raised, Expenditures, and Funding gap. For the past 9 weeks, we’ve been busy working on this project; raising funds, utilizing the funds, keeping books, and reporting back to the community on the updates. We’ve been able to cover over 50% of the project which was targeted to be completed by the end of March 2021. We’ve maintained a steady progression irrespective of some natural challenges and obstacles we faced. There’s also a change in the initial plan after we’re faced with huge rock that prevented us getting to water table or at least a good confined aquifer. We shifted a bit to accommodate an underground rainfall reservoir for the project. Sections of the Financial Report This report covers Funds raised so far by BCH community, both summary and detailed expenses, balances and funding gap. We're able to raise $3000 loan and additional $470 free support from articles on read.cash which the table below will interpret in detail. **Note:** All figures are calculated in USD ($)
I’m thankful to God and to BCH community for trying to solve this problem of water in my community in West Africa. And I’ll also want to use this opportunity to solicit for additional support that will take care of the funding gap which is around **$2125** as stated in the financial report.
We’ve made progress till yesterday; 3rd March 2021. We’re still building the reservoir, work is moving slowly due to lack of funds as stated.
We’re still using on hand materials but lack funds to pay workers. This will be the last chaining on the reservoir before it reaches its decking stage. If I’m able to raise enough funds, then more materials like rods and cement planks/woods can be purchased for the plastering and decking stage which are coming. After making the reservoir ready, we could then progress to plumbing works etc.
I was fully involved in yesterday concrete casting. I do this to be able to save some funds being paid to servers. Thanks for your great support as I’m optimistic about our victory coming soon. Thank you BCH community.

Congratulations to those of you who have fought there. Keep spirit
Nice initiative! This is an inspiring display of what BCH could do. Anyway, if you still do not have one, I suggest you also register on noise.cash. You could post daily or weekly updates there, and at the same time, earn a little bit of tip from generous user. Although if you have one, you could drop your username so I can support the project in the best way I can.
Thanks for commenting and showing great interest in what I’m doing. My username is maxnoise at noise.cash
