By nature, we are created to live surrounded by other people, to spend precious moments with them and create memories, which we will remember with a smile, but there are also those moments during the day that we really want to spend in peace and dedicated to our thoughts. we would find a compass and feel good in our skin.
Given the way of life we live, sometimes it is really difficult to put together time for yourself and time for others and in that case, time for yourself mostly suffers, and in that way you too, because you feel lost. It is really important to learn that your needs are not selfish, but that only when you satisfy yourself can you dedicate yourself to others and therefore steal a moment for yourself and your thoughts every day, to understand what stage you are in and what occupies you and how would you reconcile your life and time in relation to that.
It is important that you present the need for your own time to yourself, but also to others. To explain to them that sometimes you want to be alone has nothing to do with them, but it is your way to improve yourself, refresh your mind and spirit, and then dedicate yourself completely to your friends as a calm and relaxed person, without worries and occupations, ready to enjoy socializing freely.
Of course, in order to fully connect with yourself, you need to do it in a way that suits you. Choose a few places to escape from everything and everyone and a few things you like to do when you are alone with yourself. For example, for me, the only moment of consolidating thoughts is watching any incredibly simple and beautiful scene on the streets of Belgrade. These are the moments that inspire me to remember myself and everything I am. Then I simply know where I am and whose smile I am on today.
It is important to meet yourself every day and to briefly flip through your thoughts, like a daily newspaper. In peace and quiet, you will read only the most prominent titles, and then you will continue your peaceful walk thinking about what you could do about what you have read, and during that walk you will move towards a better version of yourself.
