Everyone loves a packet of dalvaja to satisfy their hunger at the wrong time. But how healthy is this dalvaja in the packet? With this in mind, many people try to make it at home, but the taste is not exactly like the mind. Maybe the lentils feel too hard, or the spice doesn't work properly. Take a look today at a recipe that will allow you to make the perfect flavored dalvaja.
Materials
- 1 cup mug dal
- Maggie is a packet of taste-e-magic
- Powdered pepper
- A bit of salt
- Salt
- Quantitative amount of oil for frying
Method
1) Soaking pulses is an important task for making crispy fried pulses like packets. One cup of pulses should be soaked for 3-4 hours. Then water should be drained. You can dry the fan in the air for a while, then if it is still wet, you can squeeze the water with a tissue.
2) You will need a steel sieve. Heat oil in a frying pan. Try throwing some pulses in it. If the pulses swell and float, you will understand that the oil has become hot. Now put sesame seeds and pulses in this oil. Leave it like this and fry the pulses. When the bubbles stop rising from the stalks, pick them up. Then the tissue.
3) Fry all the pulses in this way. Then mix spices in it. Mix equal amount of salt with chilli powder and add a quarter teaspoon to this dal. Add another teaspoon of bit salt and half a packet of flavor-e-magic spices. Now apply it well by hand.
It is very fun to eat fried pulses. Many of my favorites. The way you taught Nanano. I'll try and see if I can make it.
