The First thing to do to increase attention: ‘When you feel tired or not paying enough attention to study, it is easier to remember standing for a while.
Sense of responsibility: From childhood, those who are restless in nature, do not have much interest in studies or anything else or can not concentrate. In their case, something different must be done. In other words, a pet can be bought for a child or a student.
Students want vitamin-rich foods: Who doesn't know that students need enough vitamins? But not only know, it has to be turned into action. So students want enough vitamins, minerals and drinks i.e. healthy food.
Brain foods: Various nuts especially walnuts, marine fish, vegetables, fruits, green tea and various teas. Which is very beneficial for the body and brain. Ripe tomatoes or tomato juice can also be eaten in between studies.
Brain rest: Nowadays, it is seen that many people go to Facebook or play games for a little rest in between reading, so that there is no rest at all. Instead, you can listen to your favorite song with a small piece of dark chocolate that enhances performance. Or talk to friends for a while.
Sports or Exercise: Researchers believe that physical activity, or sports or exercise, can easily help relieve stress. Exercise or sports results in the release of hormones in the body in a slightly different way. And naturally it affects the attention as well.
