One rainy morning at all, I woke up thinking it was still night but it was dark outside and not only that I woke up not happy because it was so cold that I seemed to sleep on the ice and even more so when the electric fan focused on me we, I woke up at 7:00 am because I had a term test there today but fortunately we were not tested by our professor because of the typhoon we are experiencing now and my other classmates are brownout in cause of the typhoon (ODETTE) and time passed and I didn't seem to want to stand in my seat but an announcement rang in my ears saying 'there is a vaccination that will take place today and will be held in a public school' and I suddenly thought because no I was still giving papa vaccine, I called mama and told her that I would go to that vaccination area because our face to face classes were close, my mother agreed and I took a bath. eat first before leaving when I'm done, I left to go to the vaccination site.
You can see me sitting and waiting in that queue and when I was called for a scan I first asked what vaccine they would inject. when that vaccine and I went home right away because I still have the last subject examination on the subject (THERMODYNAMICS) yes I know when I say that subject it gives me a headache (HAHAHAHA).

Typhoon RAI (Odette) intensified and became TYPHOON at 0700 HRS UTC +7 on December 15 and TC RAI (Odette) intensified as it moved west northwest at a speed of 25 km/h over the Philippine Sea. Remains at Maximum sustained winds of 130 km/h near the center and gusts of up to 160 km/h, and central pressure of 97 more Strong winds or higher and extending outwards up to 400 km from the center.
-FORECAST, Moving, on the night of December 15 the typhoon will move westwards and in the forecast track philippines it is expected to landfall in the center of the tropical cyclone in the vicinity of Caraga or Eastern Visayas on (16 Dec) in the afternoon or evening. It is then estimated to move generally westward and cross some provinces in the Central of and will exit today December 17 in the phillipine Sea and cross into Northern Palawan before exiting the West Philippine Sea.
-Intensity, is expected to intensify further today December 17,2021 as the typhoon crosses the Philippine Sea and now reaches its peak intensity of 155 km/h, but today this tropical cyclone has weakened slightly as it crosses the Visayas and Palawan, but it is estimated to remain in the hurricane category. Reintensify is likely once TC RAI (Odette) appears over the West Philippine Sea.
-EXPOSURE, According to the Joint Analysis of Disaster Exposure (JADE) of PDCGlobal, WFP, and OCHA, 15.9 Million people now live in their affected areas, 9.1 Million people in more severely affected areas, and 2.1 Million in areas that are most severely affected and (1.3 Million adults) (16 -65 years old), 700.1K children (<15 years and under), elderly (> 65 years and up).
- For basic needs are 4.5 Billion, 7.5 Million, and 6.5 Million calories, square feet of shelter and liters of water per day, respectively for their needs in life today.
-117 hospitals, 4,309 schools were exposed and 40.9 Billion USD was the estimated cost of reconstruction in the worst affected areas.
