This year is ending and many can say that they survived until here to tell their grandchildren in the future what was so unusual in 2020. In different aspects we can remember many good and sad things, but one in particular we can celebrate.
December 16 is a special date for me, because here in Brazil the Day of the Reservist is celebrated, for all the military that served the Armed Forces of Brazil as I had the honor of serving, today is a day to remember good times in past.
Today, too, went down in history as the day BTC crossed the $ 20,000 barrier. Something that many were hoping to happen later this year. A year in which we had Halving and from the beginning I hoped to see better days not only for Bitcoin but for all cryptocurrencies.

Today is a day for unbelievers who have long thought it was a bubble, will once again see cryptocurrencies overcome yet another major barrier. Well, in this article we will not see graphics, but an account of an excited and happy enthusiast to be able to experience this achievement for everyone who believed in BTC and in the alts.
When I entered this digital world of cryptography, BTC was still worth less than US $ 500 and yes, it is very crazy to imagine that something that at the time was so expensive could reach 20 thousand dollars. Like many at the beginning, I didn't have the money to buy some units, let alone some fraction.
The little I conquered was through faucets that I gained and this zombie life I do not even wish for my enemies, much less today that it must be something insane to think about being able to win anything in faucets when it comes to BTC.

The curious thing is that those who had some loss in 2017 and remained faithful in holding their BTC, a risky attitude but for an enthusiast who stays with his principles aligned with the ideas of cryptocurrencies, today he can see his BTC recovered and even with good profits.
There is no doubt that we will still have more achievements in this decade and with each advance that we have in different sectors it only shows how much that cryptocurrencies are advancing at a speed that they never had before. Just remember how the alts were in the last 5 years and imagine how much the crypto market will be in the next 5 years.
It will be a great adventure and a lot of fun to follow all of this. I'm adjusting my seat here and I want to be very close to the window, because I don't want to miss any of that.
