If I talk about myself I had bad communication skills. because I lack the confidence to do something. I had many times in my college as well as in my university when the teacher asked a question and I whispered the answer and my classmate take the advantage of that answer. and I'm sure everyone has suffered from this one time in their life. do you agree?

Introduction

communication skills are very important in your life whether you are a student or a professional. being able to communicate is effectively essential. you agree with the fact that you have to communicate with everyone either for personal and professional life. especially in today's world, there is competition everywhere in a work environment, so you don't have to take your communication skills lightly. if you are a bad communicator there is no place for you in the market.

what are communication skills?

the ability to effectively and efficiently share information with others.

self-confidence:

ideas and thoughts that you shared with others with the confidence to make a better impression with whom you are interacting. being confident on your topic makes the audience trust your abilities.

To show your confidence in conversations, you can do things like maintaining eye contact, keeping a good body posture, and expressing gratitude.

However, there's a very thin line between confidence and overconfidence that you never want to cross.

Being seen as motivated

when you are doing something you should always be seen as motivated among your audience because it plays a great important role in describing yourself. people will get impressed with your attitude and want to work with you. by having this type of attitude we will get more new opportunities to explore ourselves. if we lack motivation when people want to work with us. people might get confused and doubt due to a lack of confidence and motivation.

verbal communication

verbal communication is what when we talk to others. our way of approaching people should be right. we should know how to start our conversation. if we don't start our speech with the right words, we will lose our first impression of our client or the audience. our body language and way sitting use of our hand body movement should be right because it plays a vital role in making our work and management beautiful.

Ability to listen:

when we talk in public or among the people listen to us. similarly, when we are in public we should have the capacity to hear other people. because everyone has a different way of thinking. when we listen to others people will also listen to us with concentration and focus. they will show respect when you are talking.

Always give feedback:

feedback is the strength of our work. we should always share our feedback with others. when you work people. feedback can be hard to give and to take regardless of the role you are in.
