Of beautiful smiles 

And dewy thighs,

I whisper my secrets 

To your breasts 

And offer my prayers 

Between the darkness 

Within your skirts.

Your hands caress my 

Naked back and I 

Say amen for you

My lover has stolen my lips

In all future kisses

And now lipless, I 

Await your coming

Like the harmattan after 

The rains 

And I know

That when we pass 

On a strange street, our feet

Will greet and I will 

Witness the sun rise 

With your laughter

And feel the texture of your love

And find completion 

In the saliva from your tongue.
