The constant fear of how to pay the next bill, how to spend lower that you wish cause there's little at hand, the anxiety comes mainly when there's something important you need to do in a sooner time and you still haven't got to money to do it, maybe your parents s are coming over for Christmas, and you need to stuff up, but where is the cash going to come from, your girlfriend has already taken her flight over to your place but damn how do you make her smile, would the power supply be cut off, would I be able to pay the bills of my next subscription, all this causes anxiety. All this shouldn't be ponder on with so much time and attention, simply seek solution and if the solution is forth coming or not maintain a happy lifestyle, good things comes to the happy.

Talking to someone - learn to express that thing killing you deep down to someone else who's is trusted, better it be a formal meeting, you can fix a date with a therapist, let them guide you out.
Eat good food - eating healthy is another great tool, as you get enough sugar to boost your system and brains, reduce your caffeine intake and reduce your daily work load to ease some stress. Also get enough sleep. Generally live healthy.
Say positivity - Stop the negative speech, Even if the truth is bad, talk about the solution, you can want to be truthful and see the good in you always, daily let nothing demoralize you, not even yourself.
Anxiety is bad for a self motivator, if anything be the case, you should know that there's a great picture to fulfill, and place a priority of that first. Stop the constant fear and worrying it's no gain, go out there, get out, you is different, you is needed.
