Yoga is a term of exercise that every people were join yoga to work out and exercise there body and to experience them the flexible movement of the body during yoga, yoga is very helpful to our body to give a strong energy from our muscle and it help them to maintain the balance of are body.

The important things of yoga is we need to wearing flexible yoga short and everything that flexible in yoga because it is help to our body that we can control the movement and balance of every step that we will used during dance and work.
