Humayun ahmed was a teacher, author,dramatist, playwrigt and film-maker.He was born in Mohonganj, Netrokuna, Mymensingh on 13 november 1948. His father, Faizur Rahman was a police officer and writer. Humayun Ahmed reached the peak of fame with publicationof his novel Nondi to Noroke in 1972
