Every pregnant woman needs good health, well food and the love and support of family and community. Many women have a healthy pregnancy and it is not difficult childbirth. Most babies are healthy at birth. But at the same time, pregnancy can be one of the main one's risks throughout a woman's life. The baby inside the womb rotates and the position changes especially when delivery is approaching. Typically, newborn babies have their headfirst when they come out. But there are times when in another pregnancy its position is the opposite. To better understand the different positions of the baby in the womb, here are their meanings and what can be done to make it difficult for your baby to be born.

Some of the baby's Position inside the Mother's Womb.

ANTERIOR POSITION - the placenta is in front of you and you may not be able to feel Baby's movements very well. Baby's best position during delivery. So do not be too nervous when the baby does not move too much because he may be Anterior so check the position of your placenta in the ultrasound report.

POSTERIOR POSITION - like the anterior position, the posterior position is the position of the baby in the abdomen with his head pointing down to the vagina. The only difference was that his face was facing his mother's stomach instead of his back so you always feel the baby's kick or movement.

BREECH POSITION - this is the position that the baby's parents are worried about because the baby in the womb is upside down. Instead of pointing the head at the mother's vagina, the feet come first. In a "normal" pregnancy, the baby usually rotates and goes to the position that prepares it for the birth canal and vagina — with the head in front.

There are different types of breech positions: the so-called frank, complete, and footling or incomplete breech. It depends on the exact position of the baby, although all three are focused on the birth canal.

  • Complete breech is the breech baby position where the baby seems to be sitting with his legs crossed in front of him and his ass pointing down to the vagina.

  • Footling or incomplete breech: One or both feet is pointed downwards, and exits the vagina first. Before the rest of the body.

  • Frank breech is the breech baby position where the baby's ass is pointing down to the vagina while its legs are straight and its feet are close to its face.

The complication of this condition is during childbirth. The greatest danger is that it is difficult to get the baby out of the vagina, to pinch his head because the doctor will pull his/her legs and, or he /she will have difficulty breathing and run out of oxygen. However, most of the breech pregnancy still gives birth to a healthy baby. So this is the most difficult position in childbirth. Although most breech babies born are healthy, they have a high risk of having birth defects and trauma due to the length and difficulty of giving birth to them.

Transverse lie position is the position where a baby lies horizontally or horizontally in the uterus. This position of the baby is rarely during childbirth especially and babies rotate before their due date. But babies who are in this position before birth need a cesarean section. This is due to the risk that can occur during childbirth such as umbilical cord prolapse or the earlier release of the baby's umbilical cord which means red alert or emergency.

3. When you are about to give birth, the baby will be placed below the uterus to prepare for discharge.

If still above baby's uterus, moveable little head. But if it goes down immovable the head. In a woman's first baby, sometimes about 2 weeks before labor begins. In 2nd or more infants, often in since labor it decreases.
