Many people like to eat cheesecake in the store. But you can make the perfect cheese cake at home. Many people think that the price of cheese is much higher. Homemade cheese can be made at home but very easily.

Also, you can make very tasty cheese cakes without cheese. You can make this cheese cake with the ingredients in your house.

But now I will tell you the recipe for making a cake with cheese-

Serve - 9-10 people. .

Preparation - 20 minutes.

Baking + freezing time - 3 hours.

Ingredients / INGREDIENTS OF CHEESE CAKE

Mary Biscuits - 1 packet,

Ghee / Oil / Butter - 6 tablespoons,

Cheese - 2 cups,

Sugar - 1 and 1/2 cup,

Two eggs,

Vanilla Essence - 2 tbsp / Custard Powder - 1 tbsp,

Powdered milk - 1 cup,

How to make Cheese Cake / DIRECTIONS OF CHEESE CAKE

1. Biscuits should be powdered with a fork, blender or other heavy object.

2. Mix 8 teaspoons of oil / ghee with biscuit powder very well.

3. Now you have to grease the cake pan with oil first.

4. Biscuit powder should be pressed.

5. Now put the pan in the fridge.

. In a separate bowl, mix together the cheese, eggs, powdered milk, sugar and custard powder. If you have a blender at home, you can blend it all together. It is better to blend.

. Now pour the mixture over the biscuit powder.

. Now put a lid on the stove. Heat on high heat for 5 minutes.

9. Now reduce the heat of the stove at once and put a stand on it. Put the cake mixing pan on it.

10. Cover with a lid. Leave it like this for 45 minutes.

11. Now bring it out and let it cool down to room temperature.

12. Then keep it in the fridge for 2 hours.

Important Tips

1. Don't worry if it's a little soft after baking. If you keep it in the fridge, it will be fine.

2. It is best to make this cake if a spring-form pan is used. If you do not have this pan at home, you can also use foil paper below.

3. The oven lid cannot be opened repeatedly while baking.

4. Other cakes like we see with a stick in the middle of the cake or not? In the case of this cake it can never be done. However, if you want to check, you have to push lightly to see if the cheese cake is frozen.

5. The funniest thing is that even if your cake doesn't freeze due to a mistake, don't worry. It tastes so great that you can pour it into a small bowl and serve with a piece of fruit on top. You will see that everyone is eating chetepute.

Preparation: 10 minutes,

time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

1. Organic Coconut Oil / Unsalted Butter / Vegetable Sorting - 5 Tablespoons,

3. Icing Sugar - 3 tablespoons,

4. Good brand cocoa powder - 1 tablespoon

Recipe-

1. Heat water in the oven and keep stirring in a steel bowl or heat proof glass bowl with sugar and butter / oil.

2. Melt the sugar well

3. Shake well, keep shaking.

4. When the sugar is melted, mix it well with powdered milk and cocoa powder.

5. The stove will remain hot.

. Now pour it in the chocolate mold and keep it in the fridge.

Necessary tips:
