Spinal muscular atrophy
In my country, a lot of money is collected for the treatment of a girl who suffers from a very serious disease, the so-called Spinal Muscular Atrophy. That is why I researched a little more about this disease, and I will transfer my knowledge to this article.
Fortunately for all parents whose child suffers from the mentioned disease, a MEDICINE has appeared that can help children overcome this vicious disease!
Namely, Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) is a rare but progressive and deadly neuromuscular disease. Children with SMA are born without the SMN1 gene, and the disease is manifested by gradual but progressive muscle atrophy and loss of basic vital functions, such as walking, digestion, swallowing and breathing. SMA does not affect brain and cognitive functions. Moreover, research has found that sufferers are often of above-average intelligence and very sociable. SMA is the number one genetic killer of children up to two years of age.
HOW SPINAL MUSCLE ATROPHY IS INHERITED
SMA is transmitted by an autosomal recessive route, which means that both biological parents must be carriers of the recessive gene for SMA in which case they have a 25% chance of transmitting the disease to their child. Carriers of responsive genes are completely healthy and do not know how to possess that gene. One in 40-60 people is a carrier of the SMA gene. One in 10,000 newborns is born with SMA. People whose child is born with this fatal disease do not have a family history of spinal muscular atrophy, they have never heard of this disease, and they find out that they transmitted it to their child only after the child's diagnosis, through genetic analysis of blood. The disease is equally present in all races, nationalities and genders.
A LITTLE MORE DETAILS ABOUT THE GENETICS AND MANIFESTATION OF SPINAL MUSCLE ATROPHY
People who are not carriers of this disease have 2 SMN1 genes and usually 2 SMN2 genes. Carriers of SMA disease have only one SMN1 gene and several copies of the SMN2 gene. Since only one SMN1 gene produces 100% of the survival motor neuron (SMN) protein, which is vital for maintaining the motor neurons and nerves that control muscles, a second copy of the SMN1 gene is redundant. However, in 25% of cases, the carriers of SMA do not transmit any copy of the SMN1 gene, and thus a child is born with spinal muscular atrophy. In 50% of cases, carriers of the SMA gene transmit one copy of the SMN1 gene, and have children who are carriers of the disease, but asymptomatic (no disease / no symptoms). In 25% of cases, SMA carriers carry two copies of the SMN1 gene found, and these children are not even carriers of the disease. Due to this genetic mechanism of transmission, this insidious and vicious disease spreads through families and generations unnoticed, until a child with SMA is born.
***Conclusion***: children suffering from this terrible disease are born without the SMN1 gene and that is the cause of Spinal Muscular Atrophy. They have several copies of the SMN2 gene that produce only 10-30 percent of the deformed and non-functional protein. The presence of this protein keeps them alive, but in no way can it compensate for the lack of the primary SMN1 gene. Over time, the level of this non-functional protein in the body decreases, which leads to progressive muscle atrophy, loss of function, paralysis and death.
HOW SPINAL MUSCLE ATROPHY IS DIAGNOSED
SMA is first manifested by clinical symptoms. The definitive diagnosis is determined by a genetic blood test. The status of the carrier in the parents and siblings of a sick child is also established by a genetic blood test.
TYPES, DISEASE MANIFESTATION AND PROGNOSIS
There are four basic types of SMA: type 1, 2, 3 and 4. The type of SMA is determined based on the age of the patient at the time when the disease manifested itself and the highest achieved stage of development.
SMA TYPE 1 - Werdnig-Hoffmann
Type 1 is the most severe form of SMA. It is usually diagnosed in the first six months of life. Babies with SMA type 1 can never sit on their own. Progression is extremely rapid and acute. Symptoms such as muscle weakness and poor body mobility, problems with digestion, swallowing, breathing and coughing usually appear soon after birth. These children are terminally ill and need a feeding tube, breathing apparatus, coughing device, etc. The life expectancy of type 1 children is up to two years of age. Until that period, these children develop total paralysis, and even lose the opportunity to laugh. With the help of mechanical ventilation, they can live longer than two years, but they require constant and intensive care. 60% of all SMA patients are type 1. Although this is the most common type, it is not the most common due to the high mortality rate.
SMA TYPE 2 - Dubowitz
Type 2 is usually diagnosed between 6 months and up to 2 years of age. Most often, the first signs are a delay in achieving developmental milestones or their complete absence. Children with type 2 can generally sit without support, although they usually need help to take a sitting position, but they can never walk on their own. Over time, they become weaker. There is progressive muscle atrophy, loss of the ability to sit independently, hold the head, use the hands, swallow and breathe. At some point, they begin to require a feeding tube, breathing machines, spine and hip surgeries due to scoliosis and deformities, and constant and intensive care.
SMA TYPE 3 - Kugelberg-Welander
Type 3 is usually diagnosed after 18 months of age, and before the third year. In some cases, type 3 can be diagnosed in late adolescence, if the symptoms started later or were milder in the beginning. Type 3 children can walk on their own. Over time, they become weaker, muscles atrophy and functions begin to be lost. In some period, they completely lose the ability to walk, feel progressive weakness and limited mobility of the arms and legs, have problems with digestion, swallowing and breathing. Many type 3 sufferers also require breathing and coughing devices, spinal and hip surgery for scoliosis and deformities, as well as various types of physical assistance on a daily basis to be able to function.
SMA TYPE 4
Type 4 is very rare. It mainly manifests itself in adulthood and causes mild motor difficulties. Although symptoms can appear after the age of 18, they usually appear only after the age of 35.
A CURE FOR SMA!
Unlike many other severe genetic diseases, the genes that cause Spinal Muscle Atrophy are known, as are the processes in the body that occur as a consequence. This allows researchers to focus precisely on modifying the genetic deficiency, thus stopping the progression of the disease and improving body functions, and to help patients have a better quality of life and longer life expectancy. Most research is working to stimulate the SMN2 gene to produce as much functional protein as possible. There is also a study that deals with the injection of a non-existent SMN1 gene. At the moment, a drug called Spinraza is the FIRST and ONLY drug for spinal muscular atrophy. The approval of Spinraza by the FDA and the EMA finally gave hope to the patients and their families. Spinrase acts on the SMN2 genes and has proven to be a very effective therapy for types 1, 2 and 3 who participated in the study and those who received the drug after FDA and EMA approval.
The medicine showed incredible results. Spinraza stops the progression of the disease and gives a cure. In the first year, the patient receives six injections of spinraza, and in each subsequent three (every four months), for the rest of his life. It creates copies of SMN2 genes that produce a functional protein that affects motor neurons that affect muscles.
**I am asking all people of good will who are able, to help parents financially who need money to treat their children, because the medicine is very expensive, from 700,000 to 2.5 million euros, depending on the type of disease.**
We can participate in humanitarian actions and thus contribute to the treatment of children around the world ...

The buyer found gold... Very interesting!
The municipality of Morez in eastern France recently bought a house for 130,000 euros, and over a thousand gold coins and five gold bars worth 500,000 euros were found in glass jars inside the building.
When the mayor of Morez, Laurent Petty, announced the discovery of a valuable treasure, he caused enthusiasm among the city leaders, because the budget of that city is now higher by half a million euros.
Morez is a town of 5,000 inhabitants, and the city accidentally bought that house in the center of the city, with the desire to renovate it and make two shops on the ground floor, and apartments on the upper two floors.
The house was in poor condition, full of various items - everything from boxes, old socks, to used plastic boxes for packing margarine.
"When we were going to tidy up the house, the second floor fell on me. I came across a plastic bag full of cans and old glass bottles for pickles. I realized the cans were full of coins, but I didn't know their value. Then I saw gold bars and a heart. The levers and coins have been kept by members of the Jobs family for decades," said Martin Rialan, who works in the municipality.
When the last member of the Jobez family, who had no heirs, passed away, distant relatives inherited the house and decided to sell it, not realizing what treasure was hidden inside.
That is how the heirs sold the house without knowing that there was treasure in it ... I hope that the heirs remained in good health when they found out what they sold with the house ...
Maybe this fate happens to some of us ... :) of course, I mean finding the treasure ...
We never know...
Good luck in buying real estate! :)

What we didn't know about the Siamese twins ...
*Siamese twins are born in proportion 1: 200 000. They have to make all their decisions together, from what they will wear or eat, to the subject of study and the workplace.*
Every activity is a compromise, and for some it is both togetherness and unexpected enjoyment. In this article, I present the answers to the most common questions about the unusual life of Siamese twins.
Although the medical community has progressed when it comes to childbirth, surgery, and laboratory research, their knowledge of Siamese twins is limited, especially when it comes to their development, mainly because such cases are rare. Between 40 and 60 percent of Siamese twins die at birth, while those who come into the world alive usually die within a day. They are all identical, always of the same sex, although female Siamese twins are more common than male.
In utero, twins separate into two separate individuals eight or twelve days after conception. In Siamese twin embryos, this process of separation does not take place to the end or when they separate, they reunite during development in the abdomen.
Do Siamese twins share the same thoughts?
Most often Siamese twins have separate thought streams, although they end each other’s sentences. However, in cases where they are connected by heads and share the same brain, they also share the same thought activities. It happens once in 2.5 million times.
Tatiana and Krista Hogan were born with their heads joined in 2006 and shared the same mental processes. In them, the thalamus is connected to the sense of touch, so Krista can feel the stimuli on Tatjana's leg. When Krista wrote, Tatjana knew what the next word would be. They are aware that they share the same brain activities and thoughts and see the world through the eyes of the other.
However, they are not one person. For example, Tatiana hates ketchup, and Krista eats it.
Sex and love life
Despite the curiosity of the audience, studies on the sexual life of Siamese twins are understandably sensitive, because the idea of intimacy with the brother / sister next to them seems discouraging.
Throughout history, however, there have been cases where Siamese twins have had a successful love life. The most famous is the case of Cheng and Eng Bunker, known as the "original Siamese twins".
After being brought to the United States at the age of seventeen and treated as slaves by a man who showed them around in a circus, they gained independence at the age of twenty-one and moved to North Carolina.
They soon married sisters and built two separate houses - one for each woman. One twin would take control of a part of the body and allow the brother to live with his wife for three days, then the other would do the same.
They had a total of twenty-one children and had a fulfilling life with their wives.
What happens when one twin dies?
As in the case of Cheng and Eng, when one of the Siamese twins dies, it usually leads to the death of the other twin as well.
If the heart of one twin stops, then the living twin will bleed, which can be saved only by surgery, but only at the very moment of death. That means they would already have to be in the hospital. Since the separation operation lasts ten hours, the question is how much and controlled conditions could save the surviving twin.
The Siamese twins with the longest life expectancy so far died on July 4, 2020, at the age of 69.
Ronnie and Donnie Gelion from the US state of Ohio were born on October 28, 1951, with a fused abdomen.
In 2014, shortly before their 63rd birthday, the brothers became the longest-lived Siamese twins.
Authorities said they died a natural death.
Even as children, they began to appear at carnivals and circuses as an attraction.
Their brother Jim said that the family lived on their income for years.
A documentary about the Gelion brothers was also made and broadcast in 2010.
This year, the operation to separate the Siamese twins in Italy succeeded
An operation was successfully performed in the Italian hospital "Bambino Gesu", which separated two sisters, Siamese twins, who were connected by the skull, neck, and had the largest part of the venous system together, reports the Ansa agency.
Such an operation was performed for the first time in Italy, and it was performed three times in the world. The sisters were definitely separated on June 29.
The operation was performed by a team of 30 specialists and technical medical staff.
In order to better plan and perform a very complicated and dangerous operation, the doctors made a 3D copy of the skull.
The most difficult part of the operation was the separation of the blood vessels of the head, which were connected in several places.
The twins are originally from the Central African Republic, from where the director of the clinic, Mariela Enoch, brought them to Rome two years ago, immediately after birth.
According to a statement from the hospital, the girls, although they have a lot in common, but they are very different as personalities.
By the way, before the operation in which they were separated so that they could see each other, they used a mirror system.
Explosive facts about pyrotechnics
Fireworks are an unavoidable part of every major celebration, starting from birthdays, through weddings, all the way to festivals, Olympic ceremonies and New Year's celebrations. Today's pyrotechnics work so perfectly that they can be considered the latest marvel of technology. But in fact, man knew about fireworks in ancient times. Read some interesting facts about fireworks.
Where and when the fireworks were made?
The first fireworks were used in ancient China, more than 2,000 years ago. The exact year is not known, although the period of the reign of the Chinese Han dynasty, around 200 BC, is most often mentioned. The ancient Chinese used fireworks for the same purpose it is used today - to mark celebrations and festivals. China is still the world's largest producer of fireworks and pyrotechnics.
From what the first fireworks is made?
The Chinese first used bamboo stalks to make fireworks. When the hollow stem fills with air, it shoots, an explosion occurs. The sound of firing bamboo was believed to dispel evil spirits and bring good luck. Later, the technique was improved, so three ingredients were used to make fireworks: saltpetre, sulfur and coal.
When the fireworks arrived in Europe?
Fireworks are believed to have arrived in Europe thanks to Marco Polo, a famous Italian merchant, researcher, adventurer and world traveler. He brought fireworks to Italy, of course from China, around 1295. Since then, the use of fireworks has begun to spread around the world.
In Great Britain, fireworks were first used at the wedding of King Henry VII, in 1486. Great fans of fireworks were Queen Elizabeth I and King James II. Elizabeth awarded the most talented deminers in England the honorary title of "English Lord of Fire", and James II proclaimed a man a knight who organized fireworks at the coronation ceremony.
The biggest fireworks display ever
The Guinness record for the largest fireworks in the world is held by the New Year's fireworks, which were held on January 1, 2016 in the Philippines. This grandiose fireworks party lasted exactly 1 hour, 1 minute and 32 seconds, and 810,904 various pyrotechnic devices were spent.
Pyrotechnicians have the hardest time producing blue fireworks
Even after so many centuries of fireworks, no one has yet been able to discover the perfect chemical formula that would make light blue fireworks. Unlike blue, some colors are very easy to produce, such as orange, green, red or white.
How the fireworks got colors?
Fireworks were invented in China, but most of the pyrotechnic innovations were introduced by the Italians. They are also credited with the invention of colored fireworks, which happened in 1830. Lights of different colors are created thanks to the combustion of different metals that are in a powder state inside the fireworks. For example, calcium produces an orange color, sodium turns yellow when burned, and barium turns green.
How sounds are made when activating fireworks?
Fireworks sounds can also be determined by combining different chemicals inside the pipe. The cylindrical shape of fireworks is responsible for the whistling sound, characteristic of every fireworks display. Aluminum balls create noise, while the so-called. glitter powder, which is actually a mix of chemical substances, such as sulfur, phosphorus, coal, copper, magnesium, aluminum, zinc, etc., leads to loud, large explosions.
The biggest accident caused by fireworks
In the past, fireworks, due to improper use of pyrotechnics and insufficiently good organization, caused accidents. The deadliest accident caused by fireworks occurred on May 30, 1770, during the wedding ceremony of the Habsburg princess Marie Antoinette and King Louis XVI of France. Due to the strong wind, some rockets abruptly changed direction and went directly to the crowd. Frightened people began to flee in panic, and more than 130 people were killed in the stampede.
How much money is spent on fireworks a year?
Fireworks fans around the world spend huge sums every year to purchase pyrotechnics. In 2016, around 662 million dollars were spent on fireworks and pyrotechnics in the world.
Fireworks festivals in Japan
https://youtu.be/CWYKpwlVGso
Numerous festivals dedicated to fireworks and pyrotechnics are organized throughout Japan during the summer. The peak is in August, during which more than 800 fireworks are performed. For the Japanese, the main purpose of fireworks is to ward off evil spirits, and it is interesting that, unlike the rest of the world, they do not use fireworks during New Year's celebrations.
*These are just some of the interesting facts about fireworks. The Christmas and New Year holidays are approaching, the right time for fireworks.*
The mystery of the Malaysian plane
**Six years after the disappearance, there are still numerous theories about what happened to the plane. Despite several multinational searches, only a few fragments of the aircraft were found - those that appeared on the beaches of East Africa thousands of kilometers west**.
The Malaysian plane MH370 with 239 passengers and crew members disappeared on March 8, 2014, on the way from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing. An official investigation concluded that the plane most likely flew south and crashed into the Indian Ocean. However, during the intensive search of the area, no plane wrecks were found, which is why many concluded that something in the investigation was incorrect. The unknown fate of the Malaysian plane represents one of the **darkest and deadliest tragedies of aviation.**
Six years after the disappearance, there are still numerous theories about what happened to the plane. Despite several multinational searches, only a few fragments of the aircraft were found - those that appeared on the beaches of East Africa thousands of kilometers west.
Russia is behind the disappearance?
Science journalist Jeff Weiss claims that the culprit for the tragedy should be sought in the Russian intelligence service. He claims that the plane actually flew to the north, instead of to the south, and that it ended up in Kazakhstan, a close ally of Russia. Incredible coincidence is just one of the reasons why this theory could be true.
In the weeks before the Malaysian plane disappeared, Russia annexed Crimea, and because of that, it was under criticism from the entire international community. European and US officials have condemned military interference in Ukraine.
The journalist wrote that in his book "The Plane That Wasn't There".
- Indeed, in the weeks before the disappearance of MH370, we saw an incredible critical language from European and American officials in response to the Russian movement in Ukraine - Weiss wrote.
After that, on March 6, US President Barack Obama took punitive actions, signing an executive order imposing sanctions against "individuals and entities responsible for activities that undermine democratic processes or institutions in Ukraine."
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov responded, stating that Russia would respond in kind. He said that their actions "would inevitably hit the United States like a boomerang".
The next day, the Malaysian plane disappeared.
It is therefore possible that the MH370 was used to strike at Americans or to divert attention from the escalating crisis.
In this way, the timing itself is questionable - but it is not the only questionable factor that implies the Russians.
The fact that the plane could have interrupted the trip to Kazakhstan leads to the obvious question "why".
Another amazing coincidence is, based on satellite data, that the only country in which the plane could probably land, if not in international waters, is the country that is Russia's biggest ally in the world.
The President of Kazakhstan at that time, Nursultan Nazarbayev, was the only national leader who publicly gave his support to Russian President Vladimir Putin after the annexation of Crimea.
Moreover, satellite data indicate that the plane could have landed in the area of the Baikonur cosmodrome.
Baikonur is a space port in the south of Kazakhstan that was leased to Russia.
Nearby is the Jubilee Airport with a runway intended for the landing of drones.
All this information points to the fact that, if Russia managed to hijack the plane, Baikonur in Kazakhstan would be a very good place to land.
Immediately after the disappearance of the Boeing 777, the Malaysian authorities asked all countries that had citizens on the plane to conduct a background check of the same. Everyone did it, except Russia and Ukraine.
On May 1, 2014, the Malaysian government published a list of the names of all passengers, along with their citizenship and assigned seat. Russia had only one citizen on the plane - Nikolai Brodsky - who was sitting in the seat of business class 3K.
A mysterious traveler
His wife Elena gave several interviews to the local media after MH370 disappeared, in which she said that she was sure that her husband was still alive.
"He will come back one day and tell everything," Elena said.
He was investigated by journalist Weiss.
While he managed to discover little about the two Ukrainian citizens on the flight, he learned about the Russian that it was a 43-year-old businessman from Irkutsk, one of the largest cities in Siberia.
At the time of his disappearance, he was returning from an 11-day trip to Bali. However, this is unusual, because he preferred diving in cold water, and not a long trip abroad because of diving in warm water.
Although Weiss believes that the Russian military intelligence service is behind the disappearance of MH370, he did not imply that Brodsky was involved in that. Although he was the only Russian on the flight, there is no evidence of military ties and it is possible that he gave the GRU agent a fake passport who had another citizenship.
The captain ordered the passengers of the plane to be poisoned?
Among the latest theories, there is an assumption that the captain of the plane ordered that passengers be put something in tea, in order to be disabled, claims the Egyptian aviation expert Ismail Hamad for "Daily Sun".
- I think that what was common to all travelers is the love for tea, especially for that drink from Malaysia. Most likely, the hijacker of the plane disabled the people on the plane by pouring something into that drink - claims Hamad, talking about the alleged hijacking of the Malays Airlines plane.
Although parts of the plane were found near Madagascar and islands in the Indian Ocean, Hamad claims that the hijacker, ie the hijackers, sent the plane to the Philippines, since it is an archipelago with more than 7,600 islands. Most of these islands are uninhabited.
The pilot wanted to create the biggest mystery
Former Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbott claims that he believes that the pilot deliberately shot down the MH370, wanting to create the biggest mystery in the world.
- The most probable scenario is that the suicide pilot wanted to take the plane as far as possible to the opposite side, to the south, and shot down the plane so that no one could find it. Unfortunately, we have no evidence of that, he said at the time.
The small amount of evidence that exists mostly indicates this scenario and the pilot's intention to lose the plane. According to him, a piece of the wing found on Reunion Island, 3,000 miles from the area being searched, indicates an extraordinary position that only a pilot could choose for a plane crash at full speed.
The truth will be unknown until the wreck is found
"It is difficult to find out the truth of what happened to the missing flight MH370 until the plane or its wreck is found," said Inspector Tan Sri Abdul Hamid Bador.
The Inspector General of Police, who was part of the investigation team at the time, said that the police investigated the case from all angles, including theories of terrorism and kidnapping.
The craziest superstitions in the world
**Superstition represents quasi-religious and unreasonable beliefs that future events are caused by certain magical acts.**
It is interesting that there are numerous superstitions that differ from nation to nation. Some are funny, some are interesting, some are logical, and some are very strange.
Superstitions such as a broken mirror or a ladder under which you must not walk relaxed, or perhaps a black cat that has crossed your path, are not so interesting in relation to the superstitions that I will write about in the rest of the article ...
From bizarre to completely insane, people seem to like to always create new superstitions that intimidate them and complicate their lives.
Here are some of the craziest superstitions in the world.
Remember how in "Harry Potter" members of the "magic world" were not allowed to say Voldemort's name? Well, in **Argentina**, it is considered that pronouncing the name of their former president, Carlos Menem, brings misfortune, so if someone even dares to say it, he must knock on a tree after that.
**In Brazil**, it is considered ominous if your wallet happens to fall out and touch the floor. In this case, a certain bankruptcy awaits you.
In **China**, the number 4 is considered unfortunate, especially because its pronunciation is similar to the pronunciation of the word "death". That is why the Chinese avoid all numbers that contain the unfortunate four.
The **Danes** collect dishes that they accidentally broke all year round, in order to spill it in the yard of their friends for the New Year's Eve. The bigger the crowd - the more luck for friends.
In **India**, due to some old customs, washing and cutting hair and shortening nails on Thursdays and Saturdays are considered inadmissible.
The **Egyptians** are horrified by the opening of the scissors. If they open them, they have to cut something for them, and if they accidentally leave them open, they experience a real panic attack. They also believe that scissors under the pillow, while you sleep, can protect you from nightmares.
In **Haiti**, it’s hard to be someone’s mother. If your offspring walks with only one shoe, cleans under the night, crawls or eats only the top of a watermelon, it brings you certain death.
**Japanese** children always hide their stomachs while thundering, especially when they go to sleep, because it is believed that otherwise the god of thunder will eat their navel. Also, in Japan, it is believed that while passing by a cemetery or meeting a funeral procession, you should put your thumbs in your pockets to protect your parents.
In **South Korea**, they are not afraid of drafts, like us, but they are convinced that turning on the fan while we sleep leads to certain death.
In **Vietnam**, if you eat a banana before the exam - you will surely fall, because the peel of a banana is slippery!
The **Turks** will never go to bed with chewing gum, because they believe that it will turn into a part of the body of a dead man.
In **Rwanda**, women do not eat goat meat - so that their beards do not grow.
In **Britain**, women have always carried acorns with them in the past to preserve their youth. As Richard Webster pointed out in the "Encyclopedia of Superstition", the oak has long been associated with longevity.
In **Serbia and Russia**, and in several other countries, it has long been believed that if a pigeon throws feces on someone's head in flight, that person will have some monetary gain.
I don't know if @TheRandomRewarder believes in superstitions, but maybe there is a superstition that if he doesn't visit us one day, he won't have a single bitcoin cash in his wallet ... :) :) :)
Greetings from @MarijaJak !

"Five Tibetans" in the service of modern man
"**Five Tibetans**" is the title of a book that does not talk about the five inhabitants of Tibet, but is a detailed and comprehensively developed instruction for the application of ancient wisdom in the service of modern man.
These are, in fact, easy and simple exercises for health, vitality and strength, is the message on the cover of the book, signed by Christopher S. Kilham.
Perhaps the author, and those who have already mastered the skill of practicing these exercises, really perceive them as easy and simple. But, honestly, for a beginner, the experience is different. A person who is preparing to embark on this story, which certainly brings benefits, must be ready for discipline, perseverance and consistency. Everything else then has to come by itself. And the most important change for exercisers is the increase in physical strength and flexibility, and equally important - mental acuity.
In general, the consequence of exercise is both visually recognizable vitality and a sense of satisfaction. Regular exercise reduces tension, both muscular and mental, and improves the body's functions, especially breathing and digestion. It is also beneficial for the cardiovascular system, and leads to deep relaxation and overall good condition, it is stated in the recommendation for the application of this kind of manual for a healthier and better life.
No special conditions are required to perform the exercises
The exercises contained in this book can be practiced by practically everyone, regardless of gender, age and physical condition of the exerciser. The advantage is the fact that some special conditions are not needed to perform the exercises, they do not take too much time, nor do they require excessive efforts. It is enough to follow the instructions, verbal, but also pictorial, practice continuously and the results must come.
*In this article, I also posted a video in which you can see how the "Five Tibetans" exercises are performed.*
https://youtu.be/UVmhHjkHYjk
*The following are detailed instructions for performing the exercises.*
THE FIRST TIBETAN - KAĆA
Take an upright position and extend your arms horizontally to the side. Turn your palms down, bend your legs slightly at the knees. Rotate around your axis in a clockwise direction 21 times, initially you can do fewer repetitions if you feel dizzy or nauseous.
**Breathing:** The breath should come from the abdomen. Opera singers, theater actors and actresses benefit greatly from this kind of breathing, as do experienced yogis. When you stop rotating around your axis, breathe even deeper until your head stops spinning and your balance returns to normal.
**Tips and recommendations:** exercise at your own pace, you should exercise slowly. Try to gradually reach the 21st repetition, and it doesn't have to be fast, this is the most important exercise, it improves the energy of the whole organism. If you feel a lack of energy during the day, practice Kaca. Maybe several times a day.
**The effect of this exercise:** upright posture gives stability and self-confidence. By turning, you will get more enthusiasm and enthusiasm, with the help of Kaća, you can be in a good mood all day long.
**SECOND TIBETAN - CANDLE**
Lie on the floor, arms at your sides, palms facing down, legs outstretched and separated by the width of the pelvis. Inhale slowly and lift your legs off the ground as much as possible, try to the right angle. The back and pelvis must be pressed to the ground at all times. While lifting your legs at the same time, bend your head towards your chest. The knees may be slightly bent at first. Then exhale lightly and at the same time return to the starting position, with your legs outstretched on the ground and palms facing down, arms next to your body. Repeat the exercise 21 times.
**Breathing:** Inhale when lifting the legs and head, exhale slowly when lowering the legs.
**The effect of the exercise:** strengthens the abdominal and back muscles, gives a dynamic look. If done properly, it relieves back pain.
THIRD TIBETAN - Crescent
Kneel on your knees, place your feet at the width of your pelvis, rest your palms on your hips, bend your chin towards your chest and exhale during that time. The lower extremities are at right angles to the ground. Start breathing, lift your head and bend backwards, and bend your waist backwards so that you are not tired. Rest your palms on the back of your thighs. As you exhale, return to the starting position. Try to repeat everything 21 times.
**Inhalation:** When inhaling, bend backwards and when exhaling, return to the initial upright position. When you do the crescent you can rest your back in an extremely pleasant soothing position, called the PACKAGE. Place your toes on the ground so that your toes are touching. Turn your heels to the side and spread your knees shoulder-width apart. Lean your buttocks on your heels and your forehead on the ground in front of your knees. The hands lie freely next to the body, the palms are facing upwards. When the body rests on the head and heels, the spine is completely relieved and can rest well.
**Exercise effect:** improves the work of the heart and immune system, strengthens the neck muscles; when exercising, try to maintain the same speed while shifting the weight from the front of the body to the back and vice versa, so that the effect of the exercise is greater. Do an open eye exercise to maintain balance. This exercise tenses the whole torso, especially the spine, shoulders, chest and neck. Strengthens the ankles. Position The package brings more oxygen to the kidneys.
FOURTH TIBETAN - BRIDGE
Sit on the ground on a comfortable surface and stretch your legs in front of you. Spread your legs about 30 cm apart. The palms should be on the ground facing the feet. Lower your chin to your chest. Slowly raise your torso so that you move your knees and keep your arms in place. Make a bridge. While lifting the torso at the same time slowly bend your head back. In this position, all the muscles in your body tense for a moment. Take a deep breath and do not hold your breath. Exhale slowly as you return to the starting position. Return to the starting position as easily as possible. Then take a deep breath. Repeat the exercise at least twice.
**Breathing:** When lifting from the ground, inhale and exhale as you return to the starting position. As you repeat 21 times, try to do the exercise without interruption. This exercise is good for a large number of people, especially for women who have wider hips. If you can't do it at first, try it in your mind. Close your eyes and imagine this exercise as best you can, and do it in your mind as many times as you do the other exercises from the Five Tibetans. You will improve over time and you will be able to do it physically as well.
**Exercise effect:** stimulates the endocrine glands, strengthens the spine, tightens the torso and revitalizes the digestive and excretory organs. Tightens wrists.
FIFTH TIBETAN - MOUNTAIN
Find a comfortable lying position with your face to the ground, palms on the ground next to your shoulders. Start by inhaling and lift your back and buttocks, and lean on under your arms and toes. Try to keep your arms and legs outstretched. The head should be lowered. Your body should be V-shaped. Your chin should be pointed towards your chest. Try to connect the feet to the ground. Repeat this 21 times.
**Breathing:** inhale as you raise your body to a V shape and exhale as you return.
**Exercise effect:** stimulates the glands with internal secretion, stretches and tenses all muscles. Strengthens leg muscles and wrists. It acts as a large energy pump, revitalizes the bloodstream.
I hope that my post will be useful to you, and that your body will enjoy the exercises "Five Tibetans"!
I wish you good health!
Greetings to my readers!

Irresistible Ricky Martin - Livin' La Vida Loca
As I was thinking about the topic for my article, I first thought of moments from my youth ... I believe you all remember the next song:
https://youtu.be/p47fEXGabaY
This song marked the music of my teenage days ...
I also remember that then all the girls talked about the beautiful Ricky Martin!
In all the scrapbooks circulating among women at the time, Ricky Martin was the most adored singer ...
Ricky Martin started his career with the band "Menudo" more than three decades ago, and he won the first Grammy in 1998 for the best Latin pop performance for the song "Vuelve".
Considering that he is very attractive and handsome, the media constantly connected him with various attractive ladies, but he "didn't give up" and was never photographed in public with a girl...
The Puerto Rican singer has been hiding his homosexuality for years, but after hiding, in March 2010, he announced on his website that he was gay.
,,I can proudly say that I am a homosexual and I am blessed with that“ - wrote Enrique Martin Morales at the time, as Martin is actually called.
It was a great relief for him because during his music career he built the image of a Latino seducer and it was often written that girls were crazy about him.
He revealed to the Australian media that while growing up in Puerto Rico, he harassed those he knew were gay because he struggled with his sexuality.
,,I bullied people I knew were gay. I wanted to get away from it “- he said.
Singer Ricky Martin once said that he met his current husband, Jovan Josef, via Instagram, and that he was the first to contact Josef. He adds that they corresponded for six months about expensive works of art.
,, I am a collector of works of art, and he is an artist. I was the first to call him and send a message “- says Ricky.
After that, Martin flew to London to meet Josef. They got engaged in 2016, and got married a year later.
The couple decided to secretly vow eternal love, and the public found out about the wedding quite by accident.
,,We exchanged vows, swore everything we needed and signed all the necessary papers“ - the singer said and added that in addition to marriage, they also concluded prenuptial agreements.
Today they have two children. On Christmas 2018, they became the parents of little Lucia Martin-Josef, who they got through a surrogate mother.
In the meantime, at the end of October 2019, my son Ren arrived, so now the famous singer has a total of four children.
Ricky has twins he got in 2008 and raised them with longtime partner Carlos Gonzalez Abel, 45. After that love broke, he found happiness with Josef, with whom he celebrated his second wedding anniversary in January 2020.
The singer does not hide that fatherhood has changed his outlook on life and he loves having a big family.
In short, about his life ...
And the topic from the beginning of the post took me to the exact opposite thing.
I am not a supporter of gay marriage, but my personal opinion is that if someone has affinities towards the same sex, leave it in their four walls ... I do not understand why gay marriages are allowed to adopt children or get them from a surrogate mother ... Why children from birth to direct that it is normal for a child to have two fathers, or two mothers ... Is that natural? Didn't God create man and woman for marriage and childbearing ?!
To be honest, and I believe that someone will resent my honesty, I will not raise my children like that ...
Everyone has the right to choose which path to take in the future, but no one has the right to encourage children to, in my opinion, the wrong way of life ...
Meet the world's money
Country currencies are unknown to many. That is why I decided to write an article about the world currencies of countries, as well as numerous interesting facts about money. For example, the most used currency in Europe is certainly the euro, which is used in 19 countries of the European Union, as well as some non-members such as Montenegro. When all that is added up, the euro is used daily by more than 337 million Europeans, and the currency used more than the euro is only the US dollar.
However, many European countries did not want to accept the common currency, and in the following text, read which countries they are, which currencies they use and what is their attitude towards the euro.
**Eurozone and country currencies**
The Eurozone is an area in Europe that includes all countries that use a common currency, ie. euro. The Eurozone includes 19 members of the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Greece, Estonia, Ireland, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Germany, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, the Netherlands, Finland, France and Spain.
Also, the eurozone consists of four countries that are not members of the EU, but have an agreement with it on the use of the single currency, namely: Andorra, Monaco, San Marino and the Vatican. To this number should be added another country in which the euro is used as the official currency, and that is Montenegro.
**European crowns**
If we start from the North of the continent, the Scandinavian countries - Sweden, Norway and Danas use crowns - the Swedish krona, the Norwegian krone and the Danish krone.
These Scandinavian countries were once members of the Scandinavian Monetary Union, which existed from 1873 until the First World War, but the member states decided to keep the name of the currency after the collapse.
All three currencies have similar values, approximately 1 crown of these countries is about 10 cents.
Three other European countries use crowns as their currency, namely: the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Iceland.
The Czech and Slovak crowns have been the official currencies of these countries since 1993, when they replaced the existence of the former common Czechoslovak crown.
**European mixed currencies: lek, lev, lei**
Due to similar names, these three currencies are often confused. The lek is the official currency of Albania, the lev is used in Bulgaria, and the lei in Moldova and Romania.
Lek has been the official currency of Albania since 1926, and before that Ottoman money was used in this country.
Apart from similar names, these currencies have nothing in common. Their values are completely different. According to the value, the Albanian lek is more similar to the Serbian dinar: 10 Leks are almost 9 dinars.
**Ruble**
Underwear is used in two European countries: Russia and Belarus. The Belarusian ruble was introduced in 1992 and then had a value of 10 Soviet rubles. However, since 2016, a new Belarusian ruble worth 10,000 old rubles has been used in Belarus for one new one.
The ruble has been the official currency in Russia for more than 500 years. The Russian ruble was the official currency of the Russian Empire and the Soviet Union.
Today, one Belarusian ruble is worth almost 30 Russian rubles, which means that the exchange rate list of the ruble currency is not an approximate value, but the Russian and Belarusian rubles are quite different values.
**French, forints and pounds**
Swiss francs are used in two countries: Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
The current franc was introduced in 1850 and had the same value as the then French franc. From 1885 to 1927, Switzerland, Belgium, Italy and France had a common currency value within the then Latin Monetary Union. Read in detail what the exchange rate of the franc currency looks like, as well as forints and pounds.
The Swiss franc is one of the most stable currencies and moves side by side with the euro on the exchange rate list (10 francs = 8.7 euros)
The forint has been the official currency of Hungary since 1946. The forint was previously used in the Austro-Hungarian Empire from 1867 to 1892.
This currency has no great value - 100 forints = 3.2 euros.
The pound is the currency used in the United Kingdom, as well as in some British overseas territories. Also, some non-European countries, such as Egypt, Syria, Sudan and Lebanon, use their pound as their official currency.
As for the British pound, its value is slightly higher than the value of the euro - 1 pound is 1.12 euros.
Other currencies: marks, kuna, denar, zloty, hryvnia, lira
Convertible mark-Bosnia and Herzegovina;
Kuna-Croatia;
Denar-Northern Macedonia;
Hryvnia-Ukraine;
Zloty-Poland;
Lira-Turkey.
World currencies - Dollars
The dollar is the common name for the currencies of more than twenty countries. Certainly the most famous and most used is the US dollar, followed by the Canadian and Australian.
Dollars are also used in many African and Asian countries: the Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Brunei, Guyana, the Solomon Islands, Zimbabwe, Eastern Cyprus, Jamaica, Liberia, Namibia, Taiwan, New Zealand, in Singapore, Hong Kong and Fiji.
The dollar has been the official currency of the United States since the War of Independence (1785), after which the then Minister of Finance, Alexander Hamilton, proposed the dollar as a means of payment, calculation and exchange.
Today, several other countries use the US dollar as their currency, and it is also widespread as a reserve currency in other countries around the world. In fact, almost two-thirds of the US dollars in circulation are outside this country.
The dollar has been the official currency in Canada since 1858, and in Australia since 1966. Australian dollars are also used in Australia's "outer territories": Christmas Island, Norfolk Island and the Cocos Islands, as well as in the independent Pacific states of Kiribati, Nauru and Tuvalu. .
The values of the Canadian and Australian dollars are very similar.
**Which world countries use the dinar?**
It is also interesting that several African and Asian countries use the dinar as their official currency, so we distinguish: the Algerian, Bahraini, Iraqi, Kuwaiti, Libyan and Tunisian dinars. Of course, the dinar is the official currency in Serbia as well.
Thanks to my dear readers for reading my article, and of course @TheRandomRewarder !

Stem cells, hope for a cure
What are stem cells?
***Unique in medicine***
Millions of cells are involved in the creation and functioning of our body. All of them have their function and role, ie. they specialize in the functioning of a certain part of the organism. This is how stem cells differ from other cells in the body. They are non-specialized and can be transformed into any other type of cells in the body that are destroyed during the aging process, diseases, injuries and the like. They are the source of all the cells of the body, and this ability to regenerate damaged tissues makes them unique in medicine.
***Mild from umbilical cord blood***
The body of a newborn is rich in valuable, potent, vital stem cells. For nine months, they planned and built the body of a new human being. And later in life, they help maintain the mechanism of regeneration of the organism. At the time of birth, many of these precious cells are in the blood of the umbilical cord, which the doctor holds in his hands after the cut.
As the owner of your own stem cell depot, your child could benefit from advances in stem cell medicine and, if necessary, get compatible, consistently young and potent stem cells immediately.
This is just one example, which shows how carefully and responsibly we treat your child's precious umbilical cord blood. With the help of a comprehensive system, we make sure that your child has an applicable umbilical cord blood preparation available after a few decades, if necessary.
STEM CELLS
**Stem cells** are non-specialized. They can be transformed into different types of cells in the body.
In the blood of the umbilical cord are:
HSC - Hematopoietic stem cells
MSC - Mesenchymal stem cells
VSEL - Embryonic-like stem cells
USSC - Unlimited somatic cells
Characteristics of umbilical cord blood stem cells:
-self-renewing,
-young,
-smart,
-powerful,
-unique.
**What does my child get out of it if we save umbilical cord blood?**
Umbilical cord blood offers you and your baby a new precaution. Therapy for the treatment of typical diseases that come with age, such as heart attack, stroke, atherosclerosis or diabetes, is currently being studied. If you save blood from your child's umbilical cord, you will know that the stem cells will be there when he needs them and that you will provide him with one open treatment option - regardless of age.
**Can stem cells also benefit parents and siblings?**
In principle, yes. It is crucial that the characteristics of the tissue match. A similar case is with organ donation. Only if the characteristics of the donor and recipient tissues match, there will be no dangerous graft rejection reaction after transplantation. The probability that the blood from the umbilical cord will suit the parents is 50%. There is definitely a better chance of using the sample with a sibling. There is a probability of compatibility of up to 80%.
**Have umbilical cord blood stem cells already been used?**
Yes, a thousand times. In Japan and the United States, which are leaders in this field, umbilical cord blood is used even more often today than bone marrow. For example, cancers, metabolic diseases, and brain injuries are treated.
**Why would your own stem cells be the first choice?**
The body can optimally accept its own stem cells, as well as new cells obtained from them. Foreign stem cells have different characteristics and therefore always cause a graft rejection reaction. As long as the therapy allows it, one's own stem cells are always preferred. The exception is the use in the treatment of leukemia. A compatible stem cell sample from a family donor is preferred here, as this is the greatest chance for matching tissue characteristics. Along with the stem cells, the donor's healthy immune system is transmitted to the patient. The new immune defense system attacks and destroys even the individual diseased cells that remain.
**What can umbilical cord blood do that the bone marrow can't?**
The success of the treatment definitely depends on the age of the stem cells. The younger they are, the more stem cells they can. New research even shows that diseases that come with age, say, atherosclerosis, only manifest when the stem cells of an affected patient become too old to repair the damage on their own. For this reason, bone marrow donors can only be people between the ages of 25 and 45.
**Is taking blood from the umbilical cord complicated?**
No, quite the opposite. It is the simple and meaningless method of obtaining blood from the umbilical cord that makes it such an interesting source of stem cells. When your baby is born and the umbilical cord is cut, blood is taken from the umbilical cord that is still connected to the placenta. Mother and child do not feel any of that.
**Will a sample of umbilical cord blood stem cells be sufficient for treatment when the child grows up?**
In general, adults can also be treated with umbilical cord blood. In adult patients, every third transplant succeeds. After taking blood from the umbilical cord, the number of cells in the sample is determined in detail. But, even in the case when this number is not optimal for an adult, there is a good chance for successful treatment, because new methods enable the proliferation of stem cells. At the moment, these methods are still not applied to people, however, when your child grows up, it will already be a routine.
Umbilical cord blood stem cells - "neonatal" are often called precursors of adult stem cells. Only in the blood of the umbilical cord are there these stem cells that have not yet undergone the aging process as stem cells from the bone marrow, and thus have a much greater ability to create various human tissues.
This method of treatment is widely used in the world ... I can treat 85 diseases, among which are:
- Cerebral palsy
-Autism
-Eye diseases
- Heart disease
-Myocardial infarction
-Cystic fibrosis
- Diabetes
- Metabolic disorders
-Blood diseases (leukemia, myelodysplastic syndromes, lymphomas, Hereditary abnormalities of red blood cells, Anemia, Hereditary platelet abnormalities, Myoproliferative disorders)
-Lymph diseases
-Bone injuries and diseases
-Immune system disorders

The craziest selfie... What would Freud say about selfies?
**Selfies have become a part of our everyday life, and the one who doesn't have it ... In fact, we think that such a person does not exist. See what people are doing to have an original selfie.**
**The Chinese cafe humorously combined the fashion of taking selfies noticeable with favorite customers with milk foam**.
All you have to do is take a selfie and send it to the printer of the coffee machine and in a few moments you will enjoy the picture floating in your cup of coffee. A brilliant manifestation of creativity.
https://youtu.be/TuGTVHAAD2c
**Iiu Susiraja is a photographer from Finland.**
**Well she did this bizarre series of selfies. Which are so crazy they will make you laugh. And she didn't want to turn out unbelievably cool. On the contrary.**
She actually made fun of this whole funny world on Facebook and people full of complexes who think it matters where they are and that others are really interested in it. Empress!
**Freud and selfies: What would the creator of psychoanalysis think about our obsession?**
If he were alive, what would Freud think of our obsession with selfies? Psychologist and writer Thomas Camoro-Premusic answers this question.
Go to the most beautiful place in the world and they will see people taking photos ... of themselves!
Today, we look at selfies as a new phenomenon - the term "selfie" entered the Oxford dictionary in 2013 and soon became the word of the year.
However, selfies are as old as photos. The first selfie was taken in 1839 by the American Robert Cornelius.
But why would we take a selfie, when we can simply admire ourselves every night in the mirror?
It's a little weird, isn't it?
Who better to explain our unique human behavior than Freud?
If I love myself, you will love me too
Freud is the creator of psychoanalysis, and he also popularized various concepts such as ego, subconsciousness and going to therapy.
One of these ideas is excessive self-love, better known as narcissism.
In Greek mythology, a young man named Narcissus once walked by the river and decided to drink some water. He saw his reflection in the water and spent so much time admiring his own beauty that he lost sight of what was going on around him.
Eventually he drowned trying to hug his reflection.
Freud says that self-love is natural.
However, it can turn into a psychological disorder when someone loves himself to the extent that he excludes everyone else.
TESTS
Psychologists have developed a test to measure personality traits such as narcissism.
Here are some results:
Daffodils are usually more active on social media
Taking a selfie is associated with excessive self-love
… But only when it comes to men.
Women are usually less prone to narcissism than men, although they take more selfies.
On the other hand, the American psychologist Jean Twenge showed that narcissism is on the rise: in the past few decades, it has reached the same rate as obesity.
**On the couch at the therapist**
Most of Freud’s ideas arose from his everyday observations, and the amount of information we have access to today would be very interesting to someone like him.
Freud would like to analyze the phenomenon of selfies.
He would notice that people take selfies not because they are in love with themselves, but because they want everyone else to be in love with them.
**Seeking attention**
Let's not forget that Freud began his research at the end of the 19th century, at a time of far greater sexual repression.
Women and men were kept separate and taught to be ashamed of expressing their sexuality, or worse, of enjoying it.
Many of Freud's patients from Vienna's high society suffered from "hysterical paralysis", that is, they were unable to walk, without any physical cause.
Freud believed that the reason these women did not walk was the way they sought attention.
If we need other people's attention so much, isn't it better to share a few shameless selfies?
Maybe it is, but that does not mean that there is nothing unhealthy in this obsession, not only for those who take selfies, but also in relation to how selfies affect others.
**Average unhappy**
Selfies show people who live the best lives, and are carefully selected and arranged.
We are surrounded by images of people with perfect lives and bodies.
Recent studies have shown that they make us feel more envious, isolated, insecure and inadequate.
In Freud's words, other people's selfies make us neurotic.
Freud said, "The goal of psychoanalysis is to replace neurotic suffering with normal human misery."
The next time you want to take a selfie, remember Narcissus and focus on your friends instead of selfies.
You may not get as many likes as you would like, but you will get Freud's approval and that should be enough for you.
Cryptocurrency trading is full of unpredictable investors and irrational price movements
Whether you are an expert in cryptocurrencies or you have just started investing, there are many things you need to be aware of while trading in the world of cryptocurrencies. Unlike traditional markets, cryptocurrency trading is full of volatility, unpredictable investors and irrational price movements.
In this article, I will draw your attention to some of the most common mistakes in cryptocurrency trading and how you can avoid them.
**FIRST mistake**: ***FOMO*** (fear of leaking):
Probably the most common (and easiest) mistake in cryptocurrency trading is to buy a currency after the price has already risen significantly. Investors who bought Ripple (XRP) and Tron (TRX) at their peak in late 2017, definitely felt pain just a few weeks later in 2018. Maybe instinct tells you to spend some money when you see that some cryptocurrency has risen 30-40%. Don't! An extreme price increase is almost always accompanied by some type of withdrawal. By the time you hear about such a token and its growth, it is usually too late. Unless you have done your research, believe in the basics of that coin and want to keep it for a long time (more than a year), wait until the price recedes.
***Pump and dump***
Pump and dump (PnD) are a special type of trading that guarantees to burn you. If you see an unknown token rising sharply, be careful. It is most likely part of a PnD scheme. In essence, these are coordinated efforts to artificially raise the price of the coin (pump), after which it is sold to people who have joined because of the FOMO (dump).
When you come across a coin like this, the first thing to check is the trading volume. Any 24-hour traffic volume below $ 1 million should raise a red flag.
**SECOND mistake:** ***Ignorance of your investment***
Don't just blindly follow the advice of a Twitter or YouTube "guru" for investments. Often these high profile people are paid to promote certain cryptocurrencies. Even John McAfee, one of the most famous personalities in the crypto space, admitted that he charges for the promotion of projects.
The minimum is to spend at least half an hour researching any project you plan to invest in. See what kind of problem he is trying to solve, and what kind of team is gathered around the project. Is the project related to anyone significant? Are there any known names who are advisors? These are all things you need to know.
Even a quick Google search could reveal some information that turns what may look like gold - into garbage. Ideally, you should read the whitepaper of each project you invest in.
**Three Mistake**: ***Selling at Inadequate Times***
In contrast to sales at the peak of the pump, sales based on emotions are also common. It's hard, but you have to stay cool when trading - keep your emotions out of trading. Cryptocurrencies fell 50-60% countless times before reaching 200-300% gains.
When the cryptocurrency you own starts to fall in value - before you sell it - re-evaluate your position. If you have invested because you believe in the basics of tokens, there are a few questions you can ask:
• Has any of the fundamentals changed?
• Were there any announcements that would affect the price?
• Have you stopped believing in a long-term vision of the token?
If your answer to all these questions is "no", then think about it. This strategy becomes much easier when you follow the golden rule of cryptocurrency trading: *****Don't invest more money than you think you will lose.*****
On the other hand, seeing some good gains can also lead you to a sale. While making a profit is wise, you may want to avoid selling your entire portfolio. Depending on the situation, the cryptocurrency could grow even more. A popular trading strategy is to extract the initial investment while keeping the earnings invested in the currency after obtaining a certain percentage. This reduces the risk of negative impacts, while still giving you the potential for (additional) profit.
**Fourth Mistake:** ***Being uninformed***
In a market that is changing as fast as the cryptocurrency market, you need to stay up to date with industry news. Without a weekly news check, or even a daily one, the investment tide could turn around, and you won’t even know what happened to you.
The good news is that there are a lot of social networks that make this easier. Telegram, Twitter and Reddit are great resources you can use to stay informed.
**I hope these tips will help you! Good luck! I wish everyone a lot of success in cryptocurrency trading!**

Normal blood ammonia levels - references and abnormality
Recently, a doctor advised a person close to me to do an analysis of ammonia in the blood, because it uses valproic acid. That is why I am writing this article ...
**LOW AND HIGH AMMONIA**
One of the references of a laboratory blood test may be the level of ammonia. What is the normal level of ammonia in the blood for adults, children and newborns? Which levels represent an abnormality and what can they indicate?
There are certain good bacteria in the stomach that help digest protein. During this process, these bacteria produce a compound called ammonia that travels to the liver through the portal vein.
The liver then converts it to glutamine, and the kidneys convert glutamine to urea to be excreted from our body. If our liver is diseased, it will fail to convert ammonia into glutamine and then urea, which will lead to the formation of ammonia in our blood that can even travel to the brain and cause a number of neurological changes that lead to mental changes such as disorientation. confusion and insomnia.
Therefore, it is extremely important to take steps to maintain normal levels of ammonia in the blood. Find out what all the problems are related to abnormal ammonia levels.
**What is the normal level of ammonia?**
Normal ammonia levels may vary, but the reference range generally varies with age.
In adults, anything between 9.5 and 49 micrograms per deciliter (mcg / dL) is considered normal.
Ammonia levels are considered normal in children if they are between 40 and 80 mcg / dL.
In newborns, the ammonia level should be between 90 and 150 mcg / dL.
However, it is important to consult our doctor, because sometimes a value that is outside the normal value can still be considered normal due to many other factors.
**When should an ammonia test be done?**
Our doctor may ask we to do an ammonia test for our newborn if it shows symptoms such as vomiting, irritability, muscle cramps and lethargy. The test can also be done if child shows symptoms a week after a viral illness, such as a cold or flu. Adults usually need to be tested to check for normal ammonia levels if they have symptoms such as drowsiness, disorientation, or a fall into a coma.
**How is the Specimen Collected for Ammonia Blood Test?**
*The other Names for this Test is NH3 Blood Test .*
Following is the specimen collection process for Ammonia Blood Test:
Sample required: Blood
Process: Insertion of a needle into an arm vein.
Preparation required: Following preparations may be needed depending on the individual’s health circumstances.
Avoidance of food and drink (except water), or even smoke, for 8 hours prior to the blood test
Avoidance of strenuous exercise, prior to the test
Some medications (alcohol, narcotics, valproic acid, diuretics, barbiturates etc.) may increase blood NH3 levels. The healthcare provider should be informed about the use of all medications, prior to the test
**What if we have abnormal ammonia levels?**
As already mentioned, any liver disease can make it harder for our body to get rid of ammonia. We may notice that normal ammonia levels increase due to a high protein diet or medications that affect this level.
Some specific medical conditions can also lead to abnormally high levels of ammonia in the blood, such as heart failure, Ray syndrome, fever, gastrointestinal bleeding, liver failure, leukemia, metabolic alkalosis, low blood potassium, or genetic disease of the urea cycle. Inherited urea cycle enzyme deficiency is usually the cause of abnormally high ammonia levels in newborns.
This text was briefly about the level of ammonia in the blood. For more details, you can consult your doctor or read in the professional literature.
Health comes first! Be healthy, take care of yourself!

Migration in Serbia from the village to the city
The accelerated way of life of the twenty-first century, the development of technology, the development of the information technology sector, initiated the rise of migration from the countryside to the city. The village used to be a source of income, but also of stability. As the entire agricultural activity today is focused exclusively on the market, and not on the nutrition of the family and the maintenance of the rural household, the logical sequence of events is what is happening. Young people from the countryside often go to the cities for schooling, studies, work, and rarely do any of them really want to return to their homeland. Due to that, villages are dying out, and cities are becoming more and more multicultural, that some of them present it as a problem. What are the reasons for migration from the village to the city and whether it is possible to prevent the outflow of the rural population and preserve the village in its original form, many are still wondering.
**In search of education**
Many young people in Serbia believe that staying in the countryside would mean sealing their destiny to engage in agriculture. That is why the majority decides to go to the city, if there are conditions for that, longing to get away from the village and start life in a somewhat more urban environment. There are also those examples where young people from the countryside go to school in the field of agriculture, forestry or even tourism, so they place their knowledge again in the countryside. These examples are rarer, but they are certainly commendable. There are a large number of those who left the village during the previous decades, and then stayed in the cities. That is why the whole of Serbia can be considered rural, because it is considered a civil society only if the ancestors are more than 3 generations back in the city. Either way, there is nothing wrong with leaving the village for education. Also, it is even less bad to implement the acquired knowledge in your homeland, in order to regain awareness of the importance of the village.
**Examples of good practice**
It is rare, but it still happens, that young people who go to school in the city, hurry back to the village. Thanks to professors, medical workers, foresters, agricultural engineers, the village has not yet been extinguished as a category. The problem of centralization is the biggest problem, so smaller places are dying out, while the capital and larger cities are expanding unnecessarily. The number of those who are often forced to move, change apartments and do not have a permanent place of residence has increased. The experiences of those who deal with relocations show that most of those who move within the city move from place to place. Relocations to Belgrade, the capital of Serbia, are frequent, and companies for relocation services say that there are those who, despite everything, move from the city to the rural area. Relocations within the city and from the village to the city are, of course, much more frequent. Examples of good practice show that individuals decide to leave the city in order to dedicate themselves to some agricultural activity, craft, growing organic food, and life without city noise, traffic jams and the like. Maybe we should all learn from them?
**Daily migrations**
The number of those who come to the city only for work, in order to return to the countryside after working hours, cannot be determined with certainty. With the opening of factories on the territory of the whole of Serbia, there are more and more people who travel to the city for work. Or at least in the suburbs. It seems that there are a lot of such people, because the intensity of traffic on those routes is increased at the very beginning and end of the working day. It is not easy to harmonize work obligations with work in the field or in the backyard, but estimates show that there are many who combine the charms and benefits of the village with city life. Undifferentiated differences between the village and the city testify that the new age has led to the softening of borders and that the mixing of the population of rural and urban areas has become something that is no longer observed phenomenologically but absolutely logically.

What is buckwheat and why is it important to use it in the diet?
For all of you who have been wondering what buckwheat is and why it is important to be useful in the diet, I have tried to gather all the important information in this article.
Buckwheat is a medicinal plant of nuts that originates from Asia and it is very important to use it in the daily diet, it is rich in proteins, vitamins B1 and B2. It is classified as a cereal and is a food that is used daily by eastern peoples. It is used to make pastries, as a side dish (like rice), porridge, or in soups.
The benefits of buckwheat
As I mentioned, buckwheat is an extremely healthy and nutritious plant. In addition to protein, it is rich in carbohydrates, vegetable oils, as well as potassium, calcium, phosphorus, sodium and iron. What’s extra good, buckwheat flour is gluten-free and is a great alternative for anyone who is gluten sensitive or suffers from celiac disease. In addition, buckwheat can be used in the diet of diabetics, and it is also very useful in diets for losing extra pounds - 100 g of edible grain provides only 335 calories. It is interesting that it is recommended to pupils and students because it strengthens memory and encourages concentration - in Russia it is even called student food!
Also, buckwheat helps regulate high blood pressure and regulates digestive problems, so regular use of this food is recommended. In addition to the fruit, buckwheat tubes and leaves can also be used for food - for the preparation of medicinal teas.
Buckwheat tea
Pour a spoonful of dried buckwheat leaves and flowers with 200 ml of boiling water, leave for about 10 minutes and strain and, if desired, sweeten with honey. It is recommended to drink tea before meals.
Buckwheat flour is the most common form of this plant that is used in the daily diet. As it does not contain gluten, and it is rich in proteins, it is recommended in the diet of people who are sensitive to gluten, as well as children.
Despite everything, buckwheat is one of the main anticancer nutrients. Due to its high fiber content and nutritional composition, research shows that it reduces the risk of breast cancer by 50 percent in women. In addition, it is good for preserving the intestinal flora so that it prevents colon cancer.
The only drawback of buckwheat is that it belongs to the group of potential allergens, but this phenomenon is very rare.
The following is a recipe for buckwheat porridge that you can use instead of breakfast. Buckwheat flour and honey are combined and that combination is a medicine for the human body.
This medicine is great for memory and concentration, especially for older people. Buckwheat flour lowers blood pressure, helps with atherosclerosis and cures constipation. In combination with kefir, it reduces the level of sugar in the blood, cleanses the intestines and blood vessels, normalizes the metabolism and function of the pancreas and increases the level of hemoglobin in the blood.
**Ingredients**: 1 tablespoon buckwheat flour, 180 ml of kefir, a little honey.
**Preparation**: Kefir (180 ml) should be poured over one tablespoon of buckwheat flour and mixed well. Leave the mixture overnight in the refrigerator. In the morning, stir the mixture once more and it is thus ready to be consumed. This mixture should be eaten instead of breakfast. It can be sweetened with honey if desired. After this breakfast, you should not eat anything for the next 3 hours.
Repeat this procedure for 14 days.

Fake street lighting
The Chinese are changing the street lighting: the city of Chengdun is launching an artificial moon, i.e. lighting satellite this year. This artificial moon is designed to complement the moon's reflection during the night, although it will be eight times brighter.
By the way, Chengdu is the capital and largest city of Sichuan province in southwest China.
It is located on the edge of the fertile plains of the Red Basin and because of its agricultural wealth, Chengdu is sometimes called the "land of honey and milk".
Chengdu has a reputation as a very "relaxed" city with a population of 14 million and is one of the most desirable megacities to live in all of China.
Two years ago, the Chinese media reported that China had an ambitious plan to launch a "fake moon" into space to light up the night sky. And in the city Chengdu.
This news, which was presented for the first time at the national gathering on mass innovation and entrepreneurship, caused audience fascination, skepticism on the part of scientists, a lot of questions, as well as complete ridicule of the public.
**Can China really "light up" the night sky?**
Chengdu plans to launch a satellite to illuminate the city in the next two years as a replacement for its street lighting, something like an artificial moon.
The satellite would mimic the glow of a real moon with strong enough light energy that could illuminate city streets at night.
Reports have not given any details on what the Chinese "Moon" will look like, but it is known to reflect sunlight in an area 10 to 80 km with a light eight times stronger than the real Moon. The accuracy and intensity of the light could be controlled from Earth by which the satellite would be 500 km away, about the same altitude as the international space station. (The moon orbits an average of about 380,000 km above the Earth.).
The artificial Moon will have a light-sensitive reflective layer on its surface that will direct the Sun's rays towards the Earth with solar wings whose angles can be adjusted to the angle that would be best for the light to be precisely directed to specific and targeted surfaces.
China's space targets have not been a secret for some time, in the 1990s Russia experimented with using an orbital mirror and directing light at some cities in the northwestern part of its country. The project ended in 1999 as a failure because the big mirror unfortunately exploded in the atmosphere, and even American projects on similar topics, such as the last one, the launch of the artificial star Humanity Star into space, were not successfully completed.
The Chinese claim that the testing of the satellite, "the second Moon", started two years ago, and that the technology is now sufficiently developed that the project should be completed this year.
Apart from being an urban and interesting city for tourists, Chengdu is known for the largest center for research and protection of pandas in the world, a conservation center where visitors can see endangered giant pandas in their natural habitat. There is a fear of a certain part of the audience who thinks that the light that will be reflected from space does not make negative aspects of the daily routine, but already sensitive and endangered species. Many studies show that many animals are very sensitive to the light and phases of the moon.
However, news is coming from the Harbin Institute of Technology that this kind of light emitted by the satellite will not endanger the habits of the animals, since it is not a beam but a light described as twilight, pleasant and natural. Kang Weimini, director of the Institute of Oprica, explained that the light produced by the artificial satellite is similar to dusk, so it should not affect the routine of the animals.
One month is enough for most of us, but not for the officials of the Chinese city of Chengdu. They want two Moons, for a start, and are willing to commit to it and invest money to make it happen.
Doctors draw attention to the risk of high blood pressure and diabetes, if people are exposed to strong artificial light before going to bed.
The results of a study involving 116 healthy subjects aged 18 to 30 years show that exposure to strong artificial light before going to sleep can reduce sleep quality and increase health risks.
Could this "artificial moon" still endanger the health of humans and animals, regardless of the fact that the light of the false moon will resemble twilight?
Thanks for reading the article!

Bitcoin will have an incredible price
Bloomberg analysts have published another review of the situation on the cryptocurrency market. A recent study revealed that bitcoin could repeat the scenario observed from 2016 to 2020 over the next four years, reports the SEEbiz portal.
Analysts pointed out that the long-term growth in the value of bitcoin was driven by basic supply and demand factors.
To date, 90 percent - of the final 21 million - of bitcoin is on the market. However, a limited amount is one of the most important factors in the growth of cryptocurrency values.
Given the fact that the demand for this instrument by institutional investors is growing, it is possible to predict that the dynamics of bitcoin will continue in the coming years.
Bitcoin could climb to $ 14,000 this year, analysts predict, which means that the cryptocurrency in question has a chance to repeat the growth from last June.
One of Bloomberg’s strategists, Mike McGlone, announced this summer that the price of bitcoin in the market could reach $ 20,000 by the end of December this year due to the growing activity of Bitcoin Wallet.
Bitcoin is growing steadily this year - in line with the trend, and is currently trading at around $ 11,334, depending on the stock exchange and wallet. It is also the most valuable digital currency by market capitalization, with a current value of about $ 200 billion, according to statisticians.
The co-founder and CEO of Global Macro Investor added that the global economy is moving from a "phase of hope" to a "phase of insolvency" because investors understand that the economic recovery from the pandemic will take longer than expected, reports the Bizlife portal.
"There are no incentives and we have more problems in Europe, the United States and elsewhere. "Companies have no income, they are closing down and that is what I call the insolvency phase."
He emphasized that he himself started buying more and more bitcoins.
***,,Bitcoin is the first digital monetary system capable of storing all the money in the world for every individual, corporation, and government in a fair & equitable manner, without losing any of it. If that’s not intrinsically valuable, what is?" -***Michael Saylor
**What do you think about bitcoin’s intrinsic value?** Is it wise to buy bitcoin now, and make money in the next 5 years ...? Raul Pal, the former manager of the hedge fund Goldman Sachs, which he founded and now runs Real Vision, says that the value of bitcoin will reach **one million dollars in five years**.

The Sopranos-Facts you 100% didn't know
If your favorite genre is TV drama, I believe you will not find a better series than "The Sopranos". Why does this series in its genre represent the same thing as the movie “The Godfather”, the album “Astral Weeks” or the novel “The Hunter in the Grain” in its? What makes "The Sopranos" so revolutionary?
Remember what drama TV series looked like before "The Sopranos": the plots were almost as predictable and naive, none of the main characters ever die, you could always draw a clear line between the positives and the negatives, there was no humor either " h”, there was no chance to see naked female breasts or a salvo of juicy swear words (even when it is completely in the function of the script) and perhaps most important of all, any series whose plot took place in modern times and which was based on ordinary mortals who torment ordinary problems - it was so unrealistic and full of illogical holes.
I have never encountered a series that so faithfully imitates life in all its segments before "The Sopranos". There are no sugary problems, forced dialogues, fair FBI heroes, romantic music or love at first sight. If the Italian mafia exists in New York today (rhetorical dilemma), there is no doubt that it looks exactly as Chase described it, letter by letter. And not just the mob - whether Tony Soprano teaches a lesson to his subordinates or quarrels with a woman, whether his team tortures someone or plays golf, whether he talks to his psychologist, has sex with a Russian mistress or punishes son because of bad behavior at school, everything is shown so realistically that at times you have the impression that you are watching a documentary and not a feature series.
**In short for those who have not watched:**
The Sopranos is an American television series by author and executive producer David Chase. The plot of the series follows the life of Anthony Tony Soprano (James Gandolfini), the head of the Italian mafia family Dimeo (later Soprano) in New Jersey and his difficulties in maintaining a balance between his family life and business career in the mafia organization of which he is a member. The series also follows the lives of Tony's family members and his business associates.
The series has six seasons, or eighty-six episodes, and was broadcast from January 10, 1999 to June 10, 2007 on HBO television. Having achieved great commercial and critical success, "The Sopranos" is one of the most successful series in the history of cable television. She is known for her high quality at all levels of production, and is often praised for her screenplay and lead roles. She has won numerous awards, including 21 Emmys and 5 Golden Globes.
https://youtu.be/RLxSUKA--Dg
**Facts you 100% didn't know about the Sopranos!**
**1. The word "F ... you" was used 437 times in the first season**
And it should be borne in mind that this is only one of six seasons. The word is mostly used by Tony Soprano (134 times), Sil 20, Poli 25, Christopher 61, and Tony's wife Carmela five times.
In the second season, that number increased to 715.
**2.One of the mobsters in the film was** **supposed to be Tony, and that role was also considered for Bruce Springsteen**
As no one knew what would happen to the series, director David Chase didn't have much of a crowd at the door for the roles. For Tony's place, the choice was reduced to three characters. James Gandolfini (who got it), Michael Raspioli who later played another mobster and Bruce Springsteen. Gandolfini got the role because Chase wanted the series to be a bit dark.
**3. Gandolfini was robbed of real gangsters because he wore shorts in the series**
During the first season, Chase received a lot of positive reviews, but also a few that he did not hope for. Several real mobsters approved of Tony's appearance in a bathrobe, but not in shorts. The sentence "Don doesn't wear shorts" even entered the series.
**4. The series was a hit among gangsters from New Jersey**
Even the quality of acting was recognized by the most stubborn mobsters, which one of them told a police informant and all recorded by the FBI. The mobsters even bet which character from the series matched the real character from life.
**5.Tony Siriko, one of the actors before the series, would really be a mobster**
The man who plays Polly Galteria had connections with the mafia, and he was arrested 28 times before his career in Hollywood. The LA Times published his card which included robbery and possession of weapons. He decided to act in prison.
**6. Many of the locations really exist**
If you wanted to tour the places in the series, you can definitely do it - because there are. Pizzeria Picalend has had calls from fans of the series from other countries. But one store in the series is fictitiously closing, which excited its real customers, so they had to print an ad in which they say they are still in business.
**7.** **The Sopranos were supposed to be a movie.**
At a time when the series was not as popular as it is today, David Chase, author of The Sporano Family, came to HBO with the idea to make a film. HBO still wanted the series, but Chase even after filming the pilot hoped to shoot more material and turn it all into a movie. Unfortunately for him (but fortunately for today's fans of the series), HBO did not give up and in the end 86 episodes were recorded.
**8.The Sporano family is associated with the movie ,,Good Guys".**
Maybe in the end it is good for everything that the series was made and not a movie, because many would probably call it a copy of one of the best gangster movies of all time - Good Guys. The Sporano family has always been compared to this film, and the connection between these two top parts is also in the actors. As many as 28 Good Guys actors have acted during the six seasons of The Sporane Family. Ray Liotta is not among them, but interestingly, he was one of the candidates for the role of Tony!
**9.The secrecy of the series' outcome was so great that two versions of important scenes were filmed**.
In most of the series, some information about the action is leaked to the public, which the Sporano Family team did not want. Therefore, they filmed two versions of important scenes so that no one, except the inner circle, would know which scene would be in the final version. Drea de Matteo thus filmed the scene in which he dies, but also the scene in which he survives. Until the episode aired, she herself did not know which version would be broadcast, and what her future fate in the series would be.
I hope you were reminded of this phenomenal series by reading my article ... And if you haven't watched it, now is the right time to do it - you won't regret it!

Tesla's purple plate
You've probably heard of Tesla's purple plates. Tesla's purple plates are the path to good health, life with less pain and stress - they are also an extraordinary tool for spiritual advancement…
Much has been written about them, and the greatest influence was the book "Star Signs" by Linda Goodman.
Linde Goodman was one of the world's most famous astrologers in the 1970s. In her book, which has sold millions of copies, she writes: "One of the possibilities to solve many life and health problems is a Tesla-inspired discovery that I call - Tesla's purple plates.
The plates are covered with purple, a healing ray in the rainbow spectrum. This changes the atomic structure of the plates so that they are in line with the high-frequency vibrations of the life force. The purple plates are surrounded by an energy field, and that energy permeates all living beings: plants, animals, and humans. Life force, or prana, can be measured in several ways, for example, by workshop devices. If, for example, it is measured in this way that a person has an energy of 20 units, when the same person holds a purple plate, the strength of the energy immediately increases to 90 to 95 units. But it does not remain at that level. If the board is used constantly, the changed energy can reach 100 units, and even more. In any case, the application of this "magic device" increases your personal frequency, which is necessary for spiritual development. It also helps with cell regeneration.
It is not important to know exactly how the boards work. It is much more important to know what boards can do for you. They achieve so many small miracles (let you discover for yourself) that it is difficult to describe them all accurately.
The most important action of the plates is that they slowly but surely raise the vibrational frequency of the person who uses them. They reduce negative vibrations in food, water, other liquids and tobacco. Many plate owners leave their food on the plate for 15 minutes. Passengers very often experienced that they got sick due to the quality of water in foreign countries. But if they put a glass of water on a purple plate and let the energy touch for two or three minutes, nothing will happen to them. Cigarettes become milder if left for 15 minutes on a purple plate, and the pineapple loses its sour taste and becomes quite sweet.
When a purple plate is placed on a burn or cut or attached to any painful place on the body, the healing process is visibly accelerated. The pain clearly subsides, or disappears surprisingly quickly. The energy of the plates returns the vibrations of the injured cells or injured tissue to a normal frequency. Thus, the healing or disappearance of pain begins when a certain area of the body is in balance again.
The magic of Tesla's purple plates has lasted for almost 50 years and during that time it has been acquired by millions of people around the world, which is why we can say that Tesla's plates are the most popular means of alternative medicine that has ever appeared.
Tesla's Purple Plate and Purple Disc:
* clean negative energy
* energize and optimize food and water
* increase personal energy level
* strengthen the physical strength, resistance and endurance of the organism and eliminate fatigue
* improve the quality of sleep and sleep
* slow down the aging process, reduce stress, help restore DNA and strengthen biological functions
* protect from environmental toxins and electromagnetic radiation
* strengthen psychic abilities, intuition and awareness
Tesla plates are the best means for balancing, healing and maintaining the harmony of body, mind and spirit…
Of course, it should always be borne in mind that Tesla's purple plates are not a substitute for medical therapy and are thus limited to applications that do not require medical intervention. They can only be used as an adjunct to medical therapy, so they should not be considered a substitute for therapy. The presented experiences are individually different results, which were achieved when applying the boards.
It is often forgotten that the action of Tesla's plates is based exclusively on the inflow of life energy. This means raising the body's self-healing. But that doesn't mean that the material part of the body doesn't have to be given any drugs anymore! It is self-evident that an important precondition is a reasonable way of life. Also, it is very important that the action of Tesla's plates is not reduced to a magical area! Forms of energy are not magical, and can be proven in practice. When one's own amount of energy is increased then it can contribute to easier spiritual development. But Tesla's plates, like other energy carriers in the field of space energy, contain information and serve as aids for further development, but they are by no means a substitute for classical medicine!

Bacteria which eating PET plastic
Every year, 4 to 12 million tons of plastic waste enters the oceans, mostly across rivers.
It is believed that only one percent of the sea plastic contingent is visible to the eye. The exact location of the remaining 99 percent is unknown.
Every creature found at a depth of 10,890 meters in the Pacific brought at least some kind of artificial materials into its organism.
Scientists from the University of Newcastle made a shocking discovery while exploring the Challenger Deep Valley in the Mariana Trench, known as the deepest point on Earth. The team first found plastic in the stomachs of sea creatures at the bottom of the ocean, which means that there is no longer a part of the world's oceans that has not received human waste.
**Scientists assume that in the seas currently finds about 300 million tons plastic waste, and that by 2050 there will be more plastic in the oceans than fish ...**
**Really disturbing! !!!**
FOR THAT REASON, SCIENTISTS HAVE CREATED A GENETICALLY MODIFIED BACTERA WHICH EATING PLASTIC
There is currently a huge amount of plastic in the oceans that drastically endangers the lives of all sea creatures. Classic methods of cleaning and recycling simply do not do this job well enough because plastic is accumulating more and more, which calls into question the entire survival of our pallet.
That is why scientists from America created a special bacterium, which is programmed to feed only on PET packaging.
This bacterium eats only PET plastic, which means that it is safe for all animals, as well as for other plastic things that make ships and other things that may be on the sea surface. The bacterium cleans the surface of sea water 6 times faster than any other method, so scientists hope that this will bring a revolution and help us clean our waters.
The bacterium is still in the testing phase, but it is planned to be released in a controlled manner to the most polluted parts of the world in order to see how quickly it will clean the water from the plastic. If it turns out well, then it is possible that we will have this bacterium in all waters, which will be our protector.
**Let's be responsible and conscientious, let's not throw waste into rivers and seas!**
The following facts are also astonishing:
It may seem harmless to us that an ordinary bag can harm someone, but it can - and a lot. There are more and more cases of dead animals that swallowed plastic bags and died of starvation, because real food could not pass to the intestines because of the bags. One example is a whale that was found on the coast of Norway in February 2017. 30 bags were pulled out of its stomach. In 2016, several dead whales (the largest teeth with teeth) were found on the coast of Germany. The officially determined cause of death is heart failure. It is strange that these were young individuals from 10 to 15 years of age and in excellent health. Aphids feed mainly on fish, squid and crabs. But plastic parts of a car and a 15-meter-long fishing net were also found in their stomachs. However, one of the obvious examples is a whale found on the coast of Greece in 2011, whose stomach was extremely bloated because it ate over 100 bags. His stomach was so full he could burst, and he was still hungry.
There are even more turtles that mix a floating bag with a jellyfish.
I hope that these frightening facts will change the consciousness of irresponsible people, and will start protect our waters and the living world in them!

The greatest mysteries of the world
The world is full of mysteries that scientists do not yet know how to explain, and I present some of them ...
The Bridge of Dog Deaths
The Overtun Bridge in the Scottish town of Dumbarton is also known as the "dog suicide bridge", and it earned this nickname thanks to black dog statistics. The bridge, which has stood 15 meters above the gorge since 1895, has witnessed the suicides of hundreds of dogs, who jumped from it as if in a trance.
The exact number is not known, but it is believed that between 300-600 dogs jumped from the Overtun Bridge. At least 50 of them died. Last year, the media reported that the dogs jumped from the same place on the right side of the bridge and that the dogs that jump are mostly breeds of long muzzles, such as German Shepherds and Scottish Terriers.
Why this happens is not yet known, but there are two leading theories. The first is that it is a paranormal phenomenon. And another theory is that dogs are attracted to the smell of weasels and other animals that live under the bridge, and do not realize that they will fall down.
Fossilized wild
This fossilized giant was found in Ireland in 1895. It is 3.6 meters high. It was discovered during the blasting of a nearby mountain. In addition to its size, the fact that it has six toes on each foot and hand is also astonishing.
Sliding stones
Sliding stones are a very interesting phenomenon. NASA cannot explain this phenomenon either. These are rocks that glide on the surface of a dried lake and leave a mark.
Stone doll
Found in July 1889 in Nampa, Idaho, this little stone doll saw the light of day while digging a well and then aroused the interest of scientists around the world. Undoubtedly made by human hands, it was found at a depth of 100 meters, which can be calculated that it was created long before man first appeared here.
A 300-million-year-old iron screw
In the summer of 1998, Russian scientists, who were searching for the remains of a meteorite 300,000 kilometers southwest of Moscow, found part of the rock, which contained an iron screw. Geologists estimate that the stone is 300-320 million years old.
At that time, not only were there no intelligent life forms on Earth, but there were no dinosaurs either. The screw, on which the head and the groove are clearly recognizable, is about one centimeter long and about three millimeters in diameter.
Giants in Nevada
The Indian legend of the 3.6-meter-tall red-haired giants who lived in this area before it was inhabited by the Indians was confirmed when in 1911, the mummified remains of a giant human jaw were discovered in a cave. In 1931, two skeletons were found in the lake bed, one of which was 2.8 meters high and the other 3.5 meters high.
Laladofi's plate
It is a 12,000-year-old stone vessel, discovered by Polish professor Sergei Loladof in Nepal. It seems that Egypt is not the only place visited by aliens in ancient times. A plate in the shape of a UFO is clearly visible on the plate, and there is also a creature that looks incredibly like a "little gray".
**Despite the most modern technology, many of the world's strange ones are a real puzzle for the human race...**
We should wake up earlier
Here's why you should get up very, very early. Before six in the morning. It sounds scary, but psychologists say it's one of the best things you can do for yourself!
Most people shiver at the very thought of getting up at the crack of dawn every day, before six in the morning, but the results of a recent study showed that people who have this habit are both healthier and happier than those who wake up later.
**People who go to bed earlier and get up** **earlier have a 25 percent lower risk of depression, than "night birds,"** according to a study published in the Journal of Psychiatric Research.
You can 'reset' your internal clock and get used to the new routine, and your body will be grateful because getting up early is much closer to our habits from ancient times, those that were innate to us from the time before the "fictional light bulb"...
It is human nature to be awake during the day and to sleep when it is dark, but nowadays we are constantly crossing those natural boundaries, waking up later than we should and missing precious daylight, time for socializing and hobbies.
**Sunrise**
The biological clock is affected by sunrise and sunset times. Most people are exposed to very little sun during the day and too much artificial light during the night.
This affects the time when we will feel sleepy, which is the main problem of night birds, which, due to their genes, are already prone to going to bed late.
By exposing ourselves to daylight early in the morning and avoiding artificial light when night falls, especially the blue light of mobile phones and computers, we can train the body to want to go to bed earlier.
People who get up late every day miss one of nature's greatest feats in live broadcast - sunrise. I adore the part when the day gets brighter, when the dark blue of the night turns to lighter blue, when the colors appear all around me, when nature is slowly painted in all those colors. Then I like to do my daily training and while I run I look at the sky and say to the world around me: ‘What a beautiful day!’.
The breakfast
When you get up early you have time to have breakfast. As far as I know, it is the most important meal without which our body has no fuel and energy. Then when we get so hungry at lunch time we reach for anything whether it’s healthy or not. The fatter or sweeter the better. But if we have breakfast we are calm until later.
**,,Going to bed early and getting up early makes a person healthy, rich and wise!" -Benjamin Franklin**
When did you get up this morning? Do you like to wake up when it starts to dawn? Do you feel like you can accomplish more things to do when an alarm wakes you up earlier than usual?
I am inspired by the saying of the Dalai Lama which says: ,,Every day when you wake up, think: I am happy that I woke up today, that I am alive, that I have this precious life that I do not want to spend in vain. I will invest all my energy to develop, expand my heart for others, experience enlightenment for the benefit of all living beings, cultivate good thoughts towards everyone, I will not be angry with anyone or think badly of anyone, I will do good to everyone as much as I can".
Bloody fairy tale
Bloody Fairy Tale
It happened in a land of farmers on
hilly Balkan
far, far away;
a troop of students
died martyred
on one single day.
They were all born
in the same year.
For all of them, the school days were the same:
They were all taken
to the same festivals with cheer,
they were all vaccinated
until the last name,
and they all died on the same day.
It happened in a land of farmers on
hilly Balkan
far, far away;
a troop of students
died martyred
in one single day.
And only fifty-five minutes
prior the death moment,
a small troop of fidgets
sat beside their school desks
solving the same hard math quest:
“If a traveler goes by foot,
how much time he needs to rest...”
and so on.
Their thoughts were filled
with same figures and tags
and there was a countless amount
of senseless As and Fs
in their notebooks and in their bags.
They were squeezing
a whole bunch of secrets that mattered--
either patriotic or a love letter--
on the bottom of their pockets.
And everyone of them supposed
that he would for a long time,
for a very, very long time
run under the blue sky--
until all math quests on the world
were done and gone by.
It happened in a land of farmers on
hilly Balkan
far, far away;
a troop of students
died martyred
on the same day.
Whole rows of boys
took each other’s hands
and leaving the last school class
went to the execution quietly,
as the death was nothing but a smile.
All friends in rows were,
at the same moment,
lifted up to the eternal domicile.
"**Bloody Fairy Tale**" is a song written by the famous Serbian poetess **Desanka Maksimovic** after hearing the details of the horrific crime in Kragujevac committed by the German occupying forces against the Serbian population. The Kragujevac massacre is one of the greatest and most monstrous crimes in the Second World War, which was committed against civilians in one place and in one day. Workers, peasants, professors and their students died together.
Why a fairy tale and why bloody? Because it is unbelievable that in the twentieth century in Europe, which is proud of its culture and tradition, such an unprecedented massacre took place in which people knowingly and cold-bloodedly kill other people, including children. The suffering of Kragujevac students is so cruel that it surpasses the suffering in fairy tales, and with the title "Bloody Fairy Tale" the poet wants to give it a touch of something incredible and unreal, and yet possible and human.
There is no name of the country where the crime took place, as if it doesn't even matter. It is much more important that the crime really happened in a country of peasants in the Balkans and that one generation of students was killed in just one day. They were all the same, according to the year of birth and the diseases from which they were vaccinated, according to the school obligations and the ceremonies they were taken to, according to their dreams and hopes, and finally, according to the moment when they died. That is the tragedy that the poetess sings about. They did not fight against the German army, they did not forge, nor did they want anyone to die. They were what they are, just students sitting in their classrooms and solving their school assignments. Full of enthusiasm and faith in the future, in human happiness and goodness: they set many plans in front of them and it seemed to each of them that they would run under the arch of blue for a very long time until they completed all the tasks in the world. They had their student secrets and unfulfilled wishes. They believed in themselves, in their bright dreams and golden ideals, unaware that their end was near and that they would become fearless heroes of a bloody fairy tale. At the moment of death, without panic and fear, they held hands and went to the shooting calmly and collectedly, as if death was nothing. That holding of hands symbolizes their comradely brotherhood and shows the last wish of all of them to go forever and leave this earthly life as they lived in it, close, harmonious, equal in everything. Their martyrdom at the beginning of the song, with this move, grew into a heroic death in the last verses of the song. They were heroes, brave and fearless who, with their death, ascended to eternal abode.
With the song "Bloody Fairy Tale", Desanka Maksimovic shows us how life under the occupier's boot can be cruel and unpredictable, and tells us that a criminal mind eager for blood and revenge does not spare anyone, even the youngest ones. With her verses, she expresses her deep irreconcilability with war atrocities and wars in which innocent people, especially children, lose their lives, and she wants to transform the martyrdom of the executed students into eternal life, so that he and their tragic fate are never forgotten.
"Shoot, I'm still holding a class" were the last words of Professor Miloja Pavlović, with whom he went into oblivion. On October 21, 1941, he refused the offer of criminals to save his life, and stood in line with his students and died with them.

Krvava bajka
Bilo je to u nekoj zemlji seljaka
na brdovitom balkanu,
umrla je mucenickom smrcu
ceta djaka
u jednom danu.
Iste su godine
svi bili rodjeni,
isti su im tekli skolski dani,
na iste svecanosti
zajedno su vodjeni,
od istih bolesti svi pelcovani,
i svi umrli u istom danu.
Bilo je to u nekoj zemlji seljaka
na brdovitom Balkanu,
umrla je mucenickom smrcu
ceta djaka
u jednom danu.
A pedeset i pet minuta
pre smrtnog trena
sedela je u djackoj klupi
ceta malena
i iste zadatke teske
resavala: koliko moze
putnik ako ide peske...
i tako redom.
Misli su im bile pune
istih brojki
i po sveskama u skolskoj torbi
besmislenih lezalo bezbroj
petica i dvojki.
Pregrst istih snova
i istih tajni
rodoljubivih i ljubavnih
stiskalo se u dnu dzepova.
I cinilo se svakom
da ce dugo,
da ce vrlo dugo
trcati ispod svoda plava
dok sve zadatke na svetu
ne posvrsava.
Bilo je to u nekoj zemlji seljaka
na brdovitom Balkanu,
umrla je mucenickom smrcu
ceta djaka
u istom danu.
Decaka redova celi
uzeli su se za ruke
i sa skolskog zadnjeg casa
na streljanje posli mirno
kao da smrt nije nista.
Drugova redovi celi
istog casa se uzneli
do vecnog boravista.
“Krvava bajka” je pesma koju je srpska poznata pesnikinja Desanka Maksimović napisala nakon što je čula detalje stravičnog zločina u Kragujevcu koji su izvršile nemačke okupatorske snage nad srpskim stanovništvo. Kragujevački pokolj jedan je od najvećih i najmonstruoznijih zločina u Drugom svetskom ratu koji je izvršen nad civilima u jednom mestu i u jednom danu. Zajedno su stradali radnici, seljaci, profesori i njihovi đaci.
Zašto bajka i zašto baš krvava?
Rasputin- his exciting life
Grigorije Rasputin was born on January 10, 1869 in Siberia. Not much is known about his childhood. It is known that he had a sister Maria and a brother Dimitrije. His parents were farmers. Maria drowned in the lake due to an epileptic seizure, and Dimitrije was no better off. Playing with Grigorije by the lake, Dimitrije fell into the water and regardless of the fact that Rasputin immediately jumped to save him, a passer-by saved both of them from certain death. Dimitrije soon dies of pneumonia. The fact that he gave the names of his deceased sister and brother to his children shows how much trace these events left on him. Even in his early childhood, he expressed his passion for recognizing thieves and deceivers. Gregory was a controversial figure. Some considered him a healer, a holy man, and a psychic, while others accused him of conspiring against the Romans and aiding their king.
When he turned 18, Gregory stayed in the Verkoturje monastery for three months. His stay in the monastery turned him towards the life of a religious mystic. He is believed to have been associated with the banned Christian sect of Klisti. Doubts about his involvement in this sect followed him for the rest of his life. Tsar Nicholas II ordered the case to be investigated, but did not remove Rasputin from the court. On the contrary, he accused his interior minister of failing to control the press.
In 1889, Rasputin married Praskov Fyodorovna Dubrovin. In that marriage he had three children: Dmitri, Maria and Varvara. In 1901, he traveled to Greece and Jerusalem. Two years later he came to St. Petersburg, where he later became known as the ‘old man’ (holy man), prophet and healer. In 1905, the Empress asked for Raspucin's help. Her son Alexei was suffering from hemophilia and had been bleeding for days. The Empress heard of Rasputin's healing powers and decided to turn to him. It was believed that Raspucin healed with prayer. Skeptics have tried to refute Rapucin's claim, possessing powers of this kind, but nothing has ever been proven in their favor.
From his safe position, which was in favor of the empress, Raspucin was free to do what he wanted. However, his inappropriate behavior quickly damaged his reputation among the nobles.
This animosity also led to the assassination attempt that took place just before the beginning of the First World War.
When the war began, Rasputin continued to enjoy the favor of the royal family. As things went up in Russia, Rasputin and the Empress convinced Tsar Nicholas II that he should travel personally to the front line and command the army.
This decision eventually led to the revolution in Russia that gave birth to the Soviet Union.
During those years, without the influence of the emperor to stop them, members of the nobility began to conspire for another assassination. They were determined not to fail.
On the night of December 17, 1916, they took their step.
He may not have had nine lives, like a cat, but his enemies duly struggled as they killed him. Rasputin was invited to dinner with a nobleman. It is served with cyanide tea, in which the amount of poison was enough to kill five people. When it seemed to have no effect on him, his host shot him at close range. That was not enough for him to die either, and Raspucin fled. He reached the yard when he was shot once more and ushered inside. They thought the act was done, but when the body moved again, they shot him once more ... only this time, they shot him in the head.
After that, they tried to burn the body ...
According to the legend, Rasputin's body tried to sit after they lit a fire. Needless to say, the observers were horrified. However, what happened is completely normal. When exposed to flames, tendons are tense and then relax. Tendons are cut before cremation for that very reason.
Near St. Petersburg, in the famous Imperial Village, lives ethnologist Fyodor Morozov, who talks about how the mysteries outlived Rasputin. He states that he tried several times to photograph the place where this mystic was originally buried, however, for some reason unknown to him, not a single photograph was able to develop. He also tells about other mysterious events related to the former man of the Romanov dynasty, even 9 decades after his death.
ORGIES AND WHIPS
Rasputin often whipped himself to blood, all for the sake of "cleansing" his sins, and he imposed that on other followers as well. And in this way, he imposed some other cruel methods of purification of sins on 'sinners'.
And the sinners who asked him to convert them to the "true faith" and who wanted "purification", had a special method: real love violence, which often turned into real orgies until dawn. Many of these "novices" have long, and some for life, bore traces of Rasputin's treatment of them.
That this is not a fabrication is best confirmed by the numerous diaries of members of the nobility who were its "novices", and often wrote about all this with enthusiasm. Even parts of the diaries of many noblewomen at the imperial court abound in these descriptions. Apparently, this was, in part, the reason for Rasputin's great influence on the nobility - and especially on noblewomen. It was noted that hundreds of his followers came before his hermitage and that for many that alone was enough to heal and purify them.

The dose makes the poison-emulsifiers
If you have ever read what is written on the labels of food and cosmetic products, you have surely come across the term "emulsifier". Before moving on to the main topic, I will first explain what an emulsifier is and what an emulsion is…
An **emulsion** is a mixture of two or more types of liquids that retain their characteristics in the mix - they do not mix, they cannot be combined.
A real example of an emulsion is oil in water, or mayonnaise - when you whisk it with a mixer, it becomes creamy, but when it stands, its ingredients separate again.
It is an unstable mixture that separates again into its ingredients soon after mixing. In order to remain stable and united, it needs an emulsifier.
The instability of emulsion compositions has forced researchers to create a whole range of different **emulsifiers**. They improve the texture, taste, durability of the product. Although they do a great job, most of them are synthetic.
An emulsifier is an additive that stabilizes the emulsion, keeps it united and does not allow the mixture to break down again into its ingredients.
**Emulsifiers** are added to industrially produced food, with the aim of obtaining a product that looks or tastes as attractive as possible. They are also used in the food industry as food preservatives. On product packaging, which includes juices, sweets, spreads, etc. manufacturers imprint the emulsifier label (**E and a number label that is unique throughout the world**).
Consumers are usually in a dilemma about which emulsifiers are harmful and which are allowed. Approval that an additive may be used is issued by the **World Health Organization**. However, don't forget that harmful emulsifiers are more common on the tables and that they are insidious killers that lead to the total **breakdown of the immune system**.
Below, you can read which emulsifiers are safe and which are harmful.

Advice
In most cases, additives undergo strict control by the competent institutions in order to determine their toxicity, and daily doses that are considered safe. Mutagenicity, teratogenicity, carcinogenicity, as well as their effect on the embryo and offspring are also examined.
The list of allowed additives is relative, as well as the use of foods that contain them in larger quantities. Increased consumption of additives can affect the appearance of cancerous diseases, cause poisoning or allergic reactions. However, the food industry cannot be imagined without additives, which change the composition, quality, color, aroma and durability of foods. **None are absolutely harmless, but not all are equally harmful**.
So far, the World Health Organization has banned additives that have proven to be extremely toxic, and whose consumption has led to poisoning and diarrhea. Additives that are still present can, with a moderate and varied diet, be consumed for a lifetime, every day, without any consequences for health. Young children up to the age of two should not be given industrial food, such as gummy candies, meat products and anything that has sugar. This type of food, with the agreement of the pediatrician, can be given gradually after the second year of life.
**The advice is to pay attention when buying groceries and look at the labels on the products. Canned foods and products with extended shelf life or products that we know contain potentially harmful inserted colors, preservatives and flavor enhancers should be avoided or consumed only occasionally. When buying food, it is useful to read product declarations and choose products that contain natural flavors and natural colors.**

Fatty liver: how to cure it
**The liver is the second largest organ in the body and is responsible for important processes in the body. It serves as a special filter for all harmful substances in foods and liquids that we regularly take in.**
This process can be disrupted if the lipid concentration in the liver increases.
Liver cells have the ability to absorb fat, which is their normal feature. **5-10% of fat is allowed in the composition of healthy cells**, and everything above forms a fertile ground for the development of **fatty liver** disease.
The first step towards recovery is to define the exact cause of this disease, after which treatment should be started.
**Our chosen doctor will probably prescribe therapy, but that alone will not be enough.**
WHAT EXACTLY AFFECTS THE INCREASED QUANTITY OF LIVER FAT?
**According to the source of the disease, fatty liver disease is divided into two types: one that is caused by alcohol and in the other type, the causes are completely different, and they can be obesity, abnormal weight loss, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes or caloric nutrition.**
**NATURAL MEDICINES FOR FATTY LIVER**
****1. Apple cider vinegar as a remedy for fatty liver****
The first remedy for fatty liver, which is usually the most recommended in this case, is apple cider vinegar.
It successfully removes excess fat from the liver and stimulates weight loss.

*Cut the artichoke on small pieces and put them to in 750 ml of water, after boiling 8 minutes you can consume the tee, it would be enough for one day.*
It is important to know that artichoke should be consumed only on the day when it is prepared and never leave it for the next day.
Boiled artichoke oxidizes quickly and toxic substances are formed in it.
****4.Lemon****
The richness of vitamin C that a fruit like LEMON can boast of is the perfect amount of antioxidants that support the production of useful enzymes in the liver.
These enzymes play an extremely important role in eliminating unwanted elements and compounds in the liver and actively detoxify the body.
Also, lemon successfully eliminates the source of inflammation of the liver.
Usage:
*Squeeze one lemon in glass for water and drink it, repeat this two or tree times per day.*

****7.Green tea for fatty liver****
The presence of catechins, which are perfect filters for fat in the liver, whose work is not disturbed by the action of alcohol, make GREEN TEA an excellent remedy for this type of disease.
It also prevents further lipid deposition, improving liver function itself.
Usage:
*Drink one or more times, three times, cups of green tea per day.*
****8.Turmeric as a remedy for fatty liver****
The antioxidants in TURMERIC are effective in encouraging the body to break down fats faster and prevent their accumulation, specifically within the liver.
It stimulates the gallbladder to produce bile, which the liver uses to flush out toxins.
Bile also has a role in rejuvenating liver cells that break down harmful substances, which is why turmeric has long been used in Chinese medicine as an aid in solving digestive problems and liver disorders.
Usage:
*One half spoon of turmeric you should mix with hot milk. It is recommended to drink one glass every day.*
I hope you find these tips useful.

Casanova and the dark side of his life
"**Although I do not regret my many love deeds, I am far from wanting to serve anyone as an example for exploiting the fairer sex, which is so deserving of my success."**
Giacomo Casanova, a legendary Italian seducer, adventurer, priest, musician, soldier, spy, diplomat, is one of the most educated people of his time, and he was often associated with scandals in relationships with women.
However, few are familiar with the other, dark side of Casanova, which he discovered in his autobiography. Shortly after midnight, armed with a hunting knife, the son of famous theater actors sneaked into the local cemetery and dug a fresh grave there. He cut off his body in order to take revenge on the Greek spice seller, Demetrius, who led him that day to cross a dilapidated bridge and fell into the "stinking mud".
Casanova then hid under the enemy's bed with his hand, with the intention of scaring him. Unfortunately, he succeeded in his plan, because Demetrio suffered a stroke from the strong shock and remained bedridden for the rest of his life.
Casanova later defended himself with these words: "I was sincerely sorry, because I didn't want to hurt him so much," however, he also stated that he himself could have gone bad when he fell over the bridge earlier that day. He just had more luck.
This is just one of the adventures that the great adventurer described in his memoirs, adding that he was followed by bad luck from that event.
He was soon forced to leave his native Venice and do diplomatic work, after a young girl accused him of rape.
According to his memoirs, he "taught her a lesson" using a broom, because she refused to sleep with him even though he had previously paid her. Although he was subsequently acquitted due to lack of evidence, he had already left town by then.
All this can be read in detail from his autobiography, which is considered by many to be one of the most important documents of the 18th century, although it shows only the life of a man who was considered a great lover. Many also believe that there were certainly more men who could adorn themselves with the same title, only that they never wrote books about their exploits.
What definitely made Casanova stand out was the fact that although he sought pleasure in sex, he also provided it to his partners. However, we are quite convinced that many women would gladly live without that experience, because, for example, he forced the villagers to sleep with him, and he also took a girl to bed, whom he was quite sure was his daughter.
Today he would be accused of rape, but at the time he was proud of his love successes. Despite the fact that it is thanks to them that he "earned" numerous sexually transmitted diseases, among which are syphilis and gonorrhea.
He liked to brag about sleeping with 132 women, including one nun, and he regularly visited prostitutes in brothels.
He did not want to use condoms (which existed at the time), but rather relied on the visible symptoms of the disease in his partners. That did not help him much with his illnesses (because of one, he could not have sex for a year), and he became the father of eight illegitimate children.
He spent the last years of his life as a poor exile from society, bored and feeling utter dissatisfaction with life. He even considered suicide, but eventually decided to write a lengthy autobiography.
More details from Casanova's life
**CASANOVA WAS BISEXUAL**
GiacomoGiralmo Casanova is remembered as a seducer who seduced thousands of women, or as someone said - a man who won half the women of Europe- However, it is also known that, although he preferred women, Casanova was at least three times with men. The first is mentioned by Camille, a prisoner who made up the Casanovi society while he was imprisoned, and in his memoirs he also mentions Ismail on his way to Constantinople and Lieutenant Lunin of St. Petersburg.
**CASANOVA EAT 60 STONES A DAY**
That stones are a great natural aphrodisiac has been said since the time of Casanova who needed energy to be able to drag so many women to bed. Stones are supposed to be an excellent aphrodisiac due to the combination of iron, zinc and dopamine, and this combination obviously boosted Casanova's libido, so he ate 60 stones a day. Yet despite this, Giacomo Girolamo Casanova always said that his best dish - women.
**HE USED LEMON PEEL AS A CONTRACEPTION**
In the later period of her life, after having already gone through a number of sexually transmitted diseases, Casanova decided to use lemon peel as a kind of contraception to protect herself from disease and unwanted offspring. It may sound ridiculous (and it is) funny to put a lemon cap on your genitals, but it looks like Casanova was ahead of his time and his action wasn’t exactly a madman’s move. Namely, research has shown that the natural acids found in lemon juice kill sperm, and that they can even act as protection against AIDS and other sexually transmitted diseases!
**CASANOVA ESCAPED FROM PRISON**
Casanova has been a fan of the occult since he was eight when he was cured of constant nosebleeds. He was always interested in magic, but it should not be reminded that in his time the occult was not looked upon favorably. It is therefore not surprising that in 1775 he was arrested and sentenced to five years in prison in the then infamous Doge’s Palace prison. However, Casanova had no intention of being imprisoned for five years without women, so after finding an iron cross in the prison yard, he and a colleague dug a tunnel and escaped. He then fled to Paris where he wrote the story of his escape.
Buried underground, he broke the world record
The Guinness Book of Records is an annual review of world records, both of human achievements and natural phenomena. It was first published in 1955 by the Guinness brewery. Today, it is published in more than a hundred countries around the world in more than 23 languages. In 2005, the fiftieth jubilee edition of the collection was published.
For a total of 464 days, Milutin Veljković was walled up in the Samar cave in the Svrljig village of Kopajkošara, setting a Guinness record in the stay of a man underground.
On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of its release, the jubilee of that event was marked in front of the Samar cave, and the film "Speleonaut / Under the Stone Sky" by Sonja Đekić about his fifteen-month solitude in the cave was shown.
The cave itself, the village, but also the then young speleologist Milutin Veljković, was celebrated far and wide by an endeavor at the beginning of the seventies, and even attracted the attention of the world public.
In June 1969, then 34-year-old Milutin, conducting a scientific experiment, was continuously walled up in a cave, I stayed in it for a total of 464 days, breaking the world record in staying underground, which until then, with 109 days, held by the Frenchman Henri Fiout .
He succeeded in his endeavor by maintaining a radio connection with the village, eating from cans and rusks and with the help of the generator he had in the cave. Most locals still remember Milutin coming out of the cave where several thousand people were waiting for him.
Milutin published a book about his stay in the Samar cave, "Under the Stone Sky", based on the diary he kept during his solitude, which revives everyday affairs (preparing coffee, collecting cave fauna "), but also dramatic events such as extracting his own teeth. longing for a woman, fighting floods and hallucinations and other things.
Not much is known about this cave and the cave system of Jezava, despite its former world fame, today, except among speleologists and adventurers.
Samar Cave is located in untouched nature near Svrljig, on the slopes of Mount Kalafat near the village of Kopajkoshara.
The cave was formed by the Kopajska river and is over three kilometers long. The sinkhole flows into one end of the cave, and exits at the other end of the cave, creating a waterfall of about five meters in height.
The main channel of the cave is rich in whirlpools and cascades, so it is not recommended to visit the cave on its own because of the numerous water obstacles and labyrinths.
The skull of a cave lion, as well as the remains of a cave bear and a Kabaloid horse, have been found in this cave so far.
Alive, and his heart is not beating
**Do not be ruthless towards your partner, so that his "center of love" does not die like a Russian from Saratov.**
Nikolaj Mihaljničuk from Saratov the unique man, not only in Russia. He lives with a "dead" heart.
It all started a few years ago, when the relationship between him and his wife started to deteriorate, and she eventually told him one day to leave him. Affected by that news, Nikolaj had a heart attack that night and barely managed to call the ambulance by phone.
When the doctors saw his cardiogram, they were surprised: the graphic waves on the paper looked unusual - his diagram was much smaller than expected.
They examined his heart through blood vessels, and only then were they shocked. His heart was not beating! Although the blood vessels continued to pump blood. His body was functioning normally, although according to all the rules, it could not.
Numerous subsequent medical examinations only confirmed the previous finding: Nikolaj's heart did not beat. Doctors informed him about the strange status of his cardiovascular system during the first check-up after leaving the hospital. Now, Nikolaj regularly goes to the local cardiovascular center, where they monitor his condition and continue to examine his strange heart.
"When the doctors told me, I was shocked. I was afraid to move and even to breathe. I was in a panic all the time: I thought that the blood would stop flowing through my body and that I would surely die. Then I got used to my condition, and now I even manage to forget about it ", says Nikolaj.
Six months after the heart attack, Nikolaj met the girlfriend, but he was also afraid to touch her, fearing that he might die from it."I thought that any stress, positive or negative, could be fatal for me. But then I still decided to live a full life, as before ", says Nikolaj.
Vitali Levicki, a professor at the Institute of Cardiology, says Nikolaj Mihaljničuk is the third man in the world to live with a "dead" heart. "One person similar to Nikolaj is in Brazil, the other in Japan. Otherwise, the blood vessels of the human heart are elastic and strong enough to pump blood. That is why Nikolaj is still alive, breathing and moving. His heart is alive, but it could be said that he is asleep. Something like that can happen as a result of stress, and he had it. A strong emotional experience causes great hormonal activity, which primarily damages the heart and blood vessels ", explained Levicki.
The phenomenon of a dead heart was first discovered in 1950 in Vienna. Then, the scientists found "dormant" parts of the heart tissue in seven subjects, while testing a new model of cardiograph. They all stated that they had experienced very strong emotional stress before. But in these seven persons only some parts of the heart were "silenced"; However, Nikolaj is definitely unique, because his whole heart muscle is dying. Without such extremely strong and elastic blood vessels, he would not be able to survive.
"This man can live a normal life for many years. We are not only engaged in strenuous sports activities, but simple physical exercises and moderate sex can only benefit him ", claims prof. Levicki.
Another, recent case from Russia is interesting.
A twenty-seven-year-old pregnant woman named Ana was brought to the clinic of the Moscow Medical Institute. Doctors found that Ana had had her uterus removed two years before she became pregnant; the fetus grew in her abdominal cavity! The baby was born by caesarean section.
By the way, according to the statistics of the World Health Organization, about five percent of people live (relatively normally) with only one kidney; 3.3 percent have only one lung wing; 1.9 percent have no gizzard; about 0.3 percent of people are born with only one testicle…
