Good day readcash peeps! While cooking rice or sinaing I decided to write an article today. It's been a long time since I wrote one. But I am happy because even if I was not active for more than a month, some of my friends here still remembers me.

This afternoon I started to read some articles from a friend , bheng. And I like her article about crab mentality. So I decided to write an article about seafoods.

Seafood is a high-protein food that is low in calories, total fat, and saturated fat. High in vitamins and minerals, seafood has been shown to have numerous health benefits. For example, recent studies have shown that eating seafood can decrease the risk of heart attack, stroke, obesity, and hypertension.

Seafood refers to all fresh and salt water fish, crustaceans and shellfish. Examples of common seafood include: Fish: Anchovy, bass, bluefish, carp, cat fish, char, cod, flounder, haddock, halibut, herring, orange roughy, mahi-mahi, sardines, salmon, trout and tuna.

My daughter and I likes seafood very much just like my mother. My daughter's favorites are crabs and shrimps. She's only 1 and a half years old when started eating seafoods and we noticed that she ate a lot whenever we have seafood on our meals. At 2 when she can talk clearly she then said that her favorite food are crabs and shrimps. At an early age, I am happy that she like it than pork or any other meat because it is healthier.

mukbang, also known as eating show, is an online audiovisual broadcast in which a host consumes large quantities of food while interacting with the audience. Most of this are seafoods. Try to watch it on Youtube and for sure you'll enjoy it if you are a seafood lover.

Thank u po for mentioning me in this article of yours po, i also like seafood especially fishes like gg, bangus, sapsap, hasa-hasa n matang baka, shrimps, crabs n lobsters too, just too bad that crabs, shrimps n lobsters r expensive here same with the fish n yes, it's healthier than meat po pero dpat po sakto lng din po ang pgkain ng mga seafoods dhil pg sobra po eh masama din po sa atin

Nung nakausap kasi kita kanina ayun nag ka idea ako kung anong article ang gagawin ko, wala kasi akong maisip na article lol! Ganun talaga siguro yung mga masasaral e mahal talaga.

Seafood is much healthier that meats but unfortunately mas mahal na sila ngayon kesa meat. Dito sa amin, 200 pesos per kilo ang fish unlike sa meat na 150 to 180 pesoa per kilo lng.

Oo nga po e. Bakit po kaya mas mahal ang seafood lagi? Minsan tuloy hnd ko ma explain sa anak ko kung bakit bihira lang kami mag seafood lol! Mahal na din po ang pork dito sa min dahil sa asf. Pati gulay dahil tag ulan. Hay lahat mahal na.
