How to cook Biko Last time I posted an article about this "kakanin" called biko. And one of the comments there was.... he want to know how to cook it. So I decided to to make another article about it on how we cook our own version of this famous kakanin. Lets start! Ingrideints: -6 cups glutinous rice aka sticky rice or malagkit -1/2 kilo of brown sugar -6 pcs of coconut or 6 cups of pure coconut milk -1 can of condensed milk First we get some coconuts then we pulp them and put it into the squeezer to get the coconut milk.
**After getting the right amount of coconut milk, we started cooking it to make "latik".**
**Then use half of the "latik" as a toppings, while the other half use it to combine with the brown sugar and condensed milk.**
**Once thick, add the "malagkit" and mix well.**
**And then you may put it in a container or "bilao" with banana leaves.**
**And that's it! There you go. You have now the very creamy and delicious biko. Serve it with hot drinks like coffee or tea. This is best for meryenda. I hope you enjoy reading and learn something about this post.** **Don't forget to like, comment and subscribe. Thank you!** **You may want to check my other posts:** https://read.cash/@Mariene.Avery/a-true-friend-0b4e5239 https://read.cash/@Marien…/turkeys-on-thanks-giving-7603ef17 https://read.cash/@Mariene.Avery/turkeys-on-thanks-giving-7603ef17?fbclid=IwAR3SIeisvxMr2haULQL-yto4fbcYbGYrKuvAiPuG-82M1nMLGKM6Okyo60M https://read.cash/@Marie…/i-love-nature-and-flowers-25ade94b https://read.cash/@Mariene.Avery/kalamares-c4b78687 https://read.cash/…/hello-little-flowers-and-veggies-43682e… https://read.cash/@Mariene.Av…/verse-for-the-day-02-ea0c5451 https://read.cash/@Mariene.Avery/boodle-fight-2e4c2e9b https://read.cash/@M…/the-favorite-plant-now-a-days-16d87fb4 https://read.cash/@Mariene.Avery/the-grand-mosque-a3460ce9 https://read.cash/@Mariene.Avery/chloe-7d2b142d
