Good afternoon. I hope everybody's fine. For sure most of you guys had their lunch. Pero kami kakatapos lang namin kumain. I just want to share this ilokano dish or ulam we have today. My husband is Ilokano. He taught me how to cook this food called Bitswelas. it's a kind of a bean but I don't know what kind of bean is this. It took us more than 2 hours to cook this that's why we were not able to eat on time. But that's okay. it's worth it naman.
This is where we cook it. Since it's super matagal lutuin we cook it here kasi sayang ang gasul nyo dahil nga more than 2 hours namin ito niluto. Medyo madaming kahoy din ang nagamit namin dito hahahah. And this is how it looks like when you remove the cover.
This is very delicious promise. Pata ng baboy ang sinahog namin dito. Sobrang sarap promise. Nilagyan din namin ng repolyo para naman magkaron ng ibang kulay. Mas masarap din ito pag nilagyan nyo or pinatapatakan ng konting sukang may sili.
