Difference between woman and man's job

"Hello guys how are you? Today my article is related to a woman. I discuss the main reasons.why peoples are thinking that woman is not able to work? Why a woman can't work in offices? We shameless on our thinking. If you think that the woman is not able to work it is your follness. Woman is able to work with man but can't hear that a woman is equall to us. We are feeling ashamed when our woman works but when we stopped him to working this is reason of ashaming for us. I thought very deepły but i can't found the main reason of the peoples thinking.
