_THE OCEAN KNOWS ME WELL_
Too early I left home, how brave?
Just to witness the ocean
Impressed me by it's waves
Reaches my feet by it's longest lace
Erasing those lonesome footprints I make
Creating bubbles that breaks
Once landed in the sand, easily fades
Like a pouring champagne
On a glass wine
Making me smile, like i was fine
Now he got me like I was a lame
That "He", I was referring to the ocean
Consider it as a male
I cannot tell a lie, that I'm fallen secretly
On his majestic waves rolling towards me
I don't wanna go home yet
I'll just make an excuses
That Mom, my red jacket get wet
So I stay for a bit
Letting it try under the sun's heat
Calming my spirit
Like the calmness of the sky
As the sea blows
Hearing bubbling sound that flows
Pieces of old shell flakes
Another tempo for more waves sets
Running to come a long
Near closer and closer to me
Telling I'm not alone
For he's always there tagging on
He never stop waving for me
As if the moon makes him wave
Only for me, just because of me
The rhythm of my timid heart change
Beats the same as the ocean waves
As I walk into his salty shore
Giving me a heart shape stone
That complete my missing melody
On this Valentine's day
Of sweet february.
The ocean really knows me well
And the sound of my soul like nobody else.
