DREAM I woke up in a place, where God gave many graces. Oceans, forests and other creature, still my eyes can capture. Few years had passed people changed; they became stubborn. They now don't care 'bout any kind of extinction. Even to the next generations, who'll suffer and mourn. With the problem of our nation. One time, a supertyphoon Yolanda came, it hits the East Philippines, and thousands were killed. Anger, fear, regrets and loneliness--we all had felt. I hope it was just a dream. A dream that stops if we're awakened. A dream that doesn't really happens. So, all the people were not to be blame. Unfortunately, it was never a dream. All the things that happened were real. The calamities and tragedies we have experienced. Were the aftermaths made by the power of environment. -magioia- ***I wrote this poem when I was in Grade 10. And, it was my first ever poem written in English. I wanted to post it here in commemoration of the anniversary of all the victims of ST Yolanda on November 3-11, 2013. That's all! Good night, noisy pipz! @Mariagioia00 PS: Photo credit to the owner
