But before that let me define what is NFT
Non-fungible tokens (NFTs) are tokens that are one-of-a-kind and cannot be replaced.
Non-fungible tokens (or NFTs) are blockchain-based digital assets with unique identifying codes and other characteristics. They cannot be purchased or exchanged for the same amount as other cryptocurrencies. Fungible tokens, like cryptocurrencies, differ from one-of-a-kind tokens like Namecoin in that they are totally interchangeable and hence useable as a medium for economic transactions.
Because of their structure, NFTs may perform a number of functions. They're a good alternative for digital asset/property/artwork representations. They may also be used to cut out middlemen and connect artists with their audience, as well as for user identification. The three advantages of NFTs are the elimination of intermediaries, the simplification of transactions, and the creation of new markets.
Non-fungible tokens are a significant advancement over cryptocurrencies, which were previously quite restricted in their use. While advanced trading and loan systems are utilized for a wide range of asset types (from real estate to lending contracts to artwork), current finance systems include sophisticated trading and loan systems for each asset type. NFTs, by providing digital representations of actual assets, are a step toward the reinvention of physical infrastructure.
While the notion of digital representations of physical commodities is not novel, nor is the usage of unique identification, it should be noted that both notions have existed in the past. However, when combined with a tamper-resistant blockchain of smart contracts, these ideas have the potential to have a significant influence.
