Bom Dia from Sunny Hot Portugal 🌞😎 I guess Summer finally decided to show up, we had 20°c at 8 in the morning, so I must prepare myself for the heat 🥵 My new routine is so "refreshing": drive son n°4 to School, stop at the park for some laps on the fitness path, home, hot/cold shower and coffee... Ready for what ever Life throws at me 💪😂 Let's keep the Love and Support flowing, in Noise and wherever we touch. No big deal, sometimes a kind word is enough to brighten someone's life, even on the other side of our beautiful Blue Dot 🌍 LoveLearnLaughLive ❤️
