Dopamine is released during pleasurable situations and stimulates one to seek out the pleasurable activity or occupation. This means food, sex, and several drugs of abuse are also stimulants of dopamine release in the brain, particularly in areas such as the nucleus accumbens and prefrontal cortex.

What to do?

You Need to do dopamine fasting. Dopamine fasting is avoiding doing pleasure activities.

In a day you need to stop doing pleasure activities such as playing game, using phone, masturbating, sex, eating good food eat only what you don't enjoy eating like vegetables, and other pleasurable activities.

Do stuff like sweeping, Stuffs that you regularly don't do and reward yourself after the day like playing game or eating your favorite food. You can do this everyday.

I also do tricks like tricking my brain that im having fun doing hard stuff or inconvenient stuff like sweeping or washing plates. Pretend that it's really fun doing these stuffs smile! From what i experience this trick really works. Laziness is just in your brain. Do things that you think can benefit to you and your health don't overdo stuff like playing video games all night or it will damage your health.
