How to Fall asleep faster

Most people can't fall asleep quickly and sometimes they can't even sleep at night. It's caused by Insomnia or mostly lack of melatonin hormones.

It's important that people get enough sleep to maintain their health. Lack of sleep can cause high blood pressure, diabetes, heart attack, heart failure or stroke.

Avoid using your phone and other blue light emitting devices 1-2 hours before sleeping. That way melatonin hormones can be produced by your pineal gland. Using blue light emitting devices tricks you're brain that it's day thus reducing melatonin hormone production.

You can also try meditation. Lie down on your most comfortable position and imagine you're in a middle of the ocean floating peacefully that way you can relax and fall asleep.
