Winners Don't Rest In The Middle

Conditions are never perfect and that is always how it works you are going to have days that are hard you are going to have days, where you don't want to do what needs to be done you are going to have days where you would literally rather die than do what you're supposed to do you rather stay in bed all day I get it. I am no different and anybody who performs on a high level is no different, the only difference is that the work gets done regardless of the circumstances it's always hardest and most difficult right.

You've all heard the saying it's always darkest before the dawn that is a truth so, today might be really hard for you we all have those days and those days really aren't that fun but let me tell you guys those are the days that build you those are the days that make you strong those are the days that your success and your future and your dreams are built upon learn to appreciate them because everything else great in your life is going to be built off of those days and the benefit is right after those days, you're going to have a little bit of sunshine that little bit of sunshine might last for a day might last for a week but it's worth it.

The reason why you do what you do is more critical than what you do and if while you do what you do is weak i need you to go back and start all over again because if your reasoning is weak you're not going to get it done, why? Because life is going to beat you upside your head and i'm going to tell you this i don't care who you are and what profession you're in before you blow up. life will strip you to core but if you are weak you will be broke and i'm not here because i'm the best i'm here because they tried to break me and they couldn't championships aren't won in the theater of the arena.

They're won in the thousands of hours in the training room in the labs and the 5am, runs and when it's raining and everyone else is sleeping that's when it's won, the heart of a champion is a light switch that's always on it doesn't go on and off when someone's watching it's constant. Do the job right now or don't do it at all that's the same person who has his hand raised on the podium one day y'all running from pain, y'all running from challenges you telling me how difficult your life is do you understand? it is the difficulty that's going to prepare you and take you to that next level,

Stay focused ,stay committed don't compromise, don't cut corners and when you have to, force yourself through, you're going to be thankful that you did what do you do. when no one's watching? If you do it then i guarantee you you'll be doing it when everyone's watching.
