Can you control your mind
What do we do when we are in the most pain? We say, "I can't go on any further." If you don't work on one thing, the most powerful weapon in the world is your mind, so the answer to your question is this: whether it is physical or mental pain, we must all begin with zero. And what that means is that if you don't go back, we all have something that bothers us.
Everyone in this world is self-conscious about something. Something has gone wrong with you. and whenever you're in physical pain, even if you're not thinking about what happened to you mentally. Your mind is thinking about it.
All of these dungeons we've built, all of these trap doors our lives have created. We quit most of the time because we lack the mental tools to get us through the other side. So my whole point for people is to examine why they are doing it in the first place. You have to really want, you know, whatever you're going for.
If not, all these questions that come up like you say, how do you go one more step further? Your mind is going to ask you all these questions. How can you go one more step further if you don't have the answers to that and I can't give them to you?
You have to know why I am here, and if you can't answer those questions, you will quit. But how do you keep going? Why do you keep going when the world says everything else is supposed to be the opposite?
The journey you're embarking on is not an easy one. It's not for the ill-hearted or weak-natured. It's for strong people, and before you embark on this journey, mentally you have to prepare yourself for it. I'm confident that things will get worse before they get better.
When you embark on this journey, you must know that it's going to go down before it comes up. But when it does, it will be much higher than you have ever been. sacrificing today for tomorrow's betterment. You have to be equipped mentally to endure this process. Knowing what you're about to focus on is the first step, as is understanding that it will be a difficult but winnable battle.
Guys, by the end of this race, you'll be more capable. The first step, guys, is knowing it's a tough road, but through that effort you build the character of the person you want to be at the end. Your body doesn't know about quitting. Your body doesn't know it's tired. The body isn't aware that it is shaking or rattling. It's the brain. It's your mind that will put it on you every single time.
Your mind will let you down. But you get to learn how to do mind control, and if you can do mind control on your own, you're on to a winner. But I know that the feelings of pain and tiredness are temporary, but the feeling of greatness will last forever.
There's one side of pain, and that's the suffering and the discomfort side of pain. But then there's another side to pain that's called effort. It's called Glory. "If you can find a way to push through pain, there's something greater on the other side," they say.
By accepting life before it happens, and letting go of your inner resistance to all things you cannot change, you unlock true emotional freedom from all of your self-imposed emotional pain.
