Winning has no loyalty to any of us you know people that don't work as hard, they end up getting that win person that isn't as qualified for the job they end up getting that win,

do you stop the process? no, you continue to get more maniacal with the process over and over and over again the process is non-negotiable it's just like you have to do it I don't care what you do, what you do.

Character is not something we inherit. Character some we got to wake up every the single day we got to fight and we got to build it in the midst of adversity in the midst of challenges and the Mr successes and the Mr failures we got to get up every single day we got to fight for peace, we gotta fight for happiness, we gotta fight for joy. You think life just gonna make it give you happiness on the platter and say I heard you wanted to be happy, here you go fedex package overnight no. We gotta get up we gotta fight for that.

Everyone talks about the process. You know they said you got to love the process you gotta love the process. I agree with that but I also kind of disagree with that because to me you have to do the process. The process is non-negotiable it's just you have to do it so if you have to do something I don't have highs about it or lows about it I know it has to get done and if I let my emotions get involved in it all right it's not going to get done to its best abilities so, if people say you got to love the process and then something comes in the process that you don't really love.

Because there's no way everybody loves 100% of any process you have to do it you take emotions out of it and you do it the process is a non-negotiable thing the end result is not always there success is about focusing on what you want and not focusing on what you, don't want success is about punching through the wall not punching at the wall you want to think of success as a narrow a road so you are walking that line of success but you have a more focused set of behaviors than most people and you're constantly course-correcting so you're learning and you're taking the lesson and then course correcting again and again.

life is happening adversity is happening and you see people that just walk around and because of success, they feel as if I can't get touched they feel as if nothing can happen to me. Son wake-up call. news flashlight touches everybody but I can guarantee you how strong, you are how beautiful you either you're in the midst of adversity just came out of adversity or you're about to head into some adversity so you better be prepared for it either way
